  We got Panera for dinner over the weekend and we ordered online, but picked it up. Once MH got home he realized they forgot his sandwich so he called Panera. They offered to send some meal vouchers, but he was like, "Uh, can I just come back and get the sandwich?" So they gave him free drinks, cookies, and gave him a full sandwich, rather than 1/2.   Keurig does this too. Ours broke within a year (it was sounding totally constipated and making smaller cups), and they were like "Oh not a problem at all. We are sending you a brand new one."
