Hcg dropping

in 1st Trimester
I went to the doctor at approximately 8 weeks and had a 126,000 hcg level went back Two days later and it was 151,000. I ended up changing my doctor and they tested me at approx 9w5days and it was 112,000. Is this normal or am I miscarrying?

    Why would they test HGC at 9 weeks.  HGC levels start dropping between 8 and 10 weeks.

    HCG levels are not always helpful to determine viability, especially after 7 weeks. At some point they start to plateau which causes some unnecessary panic. Only way to be sure is going to be a viability ultrasound.
