Possible birth solutions

As the title says, I have DDD in my lower spine L4/L5 due to giving entirely natural birth almost 3 years back. What is the best possible way to deliver tha baby now as I am almost 28 weeks pregnant and doing my own research. Natural or ceasarean?

    I just realized I'm in the wrong birth month board, but may have some useful input. First, this is absolutely a doctor question, not a strangers on the Internet question. That said, here's some research that may be helpful to read: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7803304/

    My takeaway from that is the best results happen when your OB and neurosurgeon/back doctor collaborate on a plan together using your particular MRI for guidance. So no one here will give you the best answer, and even just asking your doctor isn't enough, you need to get the two specialists talking together to come up with a care plan. Good luck!
