What high chairs have you used?: Stokke Tripp Trapp is our main high chair. Have also used a little camping type booster chair while on vacation, and the typical looking high chairs while visiting family Likes/dislikes?: I LOVE the Stokke---it is 100% worth the money IMO (but there apparently is an IKEA one that is similar for much cheaper). It is easy to clean which was my main thing---most high chairs are fabric and get really gross/dirty. Since this is wood it wipes up easily. Also it doesn't have as much of a recline as most other high chairs--every time my son sat in a different high chair, he would kind of slouch down and slide in it, and I was always afraid he would choke. Cons--I felt like the straps were kind of difficult to buckle (and even harder to adjust) so eventually we just stopped using them. Also a lot of the suction-type bowls/plates don't work well on the tray What other feeding gear would you recommend?: you can never have enough bibs 😆 I like the silicone pouch type ones, although they didn't work great when we first started solids bc they seemed a bit big and bulky. If you want to do BLW (we did a combo of purees and BLW) I suggest following Solid Starts on Instagram (they also have an app). Helpful for seeing what size to cut food at certain ages
S+TMs: What high chairs have you used?: Easiest product spotlight ever! Stokke Tripp Trapp is the only chair I ever considered and the one we got. It’s a Norwegian chair and I was so happy to realize it’s internationally sold (and popular), I had it when I was a kid too and it was the only baby product I knew I wanted when I found out I was pregnant.
Likes/dislikes?: I love everything about it except the price. It’s costly, but sturdy and grows with baby. With the adjustable seat and leg rest, it’ll last for as long as your kid wants it to, it even fits adults on the lowest seat setting. I used mine until I was about 7. Hilariously, my son loved it as a baby but then hated it as a toddler, So now he sits on a regular chair. Which is fine, because now we don’t have to buy a second one for baby!
Tripp Trapp chairs are also the nr 1 recommended chair by pretty much every feeding therapist, that’s a solid rec.
The chair comes with all kinds of accessories, if you buy them all it’ll be extremely pricey and I don’t think they’re worth it imo. The only thing I bought was the baby harness for safety. There’s also a cushion, a tray and a baby seat for newborn until they can use the actual seat, but the cushion just gets dirty, I prefer having baby by the table over using a tray, and there are other places a newborn can be placed.
What other feeding gear would you recommend?: Silicone bibs with a pocket! Easy to clean and catches a lot of stuff baby drops. My son ate mostly out of the pocket, ha. Also, a squeezable straw bottle for transitioning from bottles, if you want to skip the sippy cups (which our speech therapist said is smart). Squeezing makes it easier to catch on to how to use a straw.

S+TMs: What high chairs have you used?: we have the Abiie Beyond chair. It is pretty similar to a Tripp Trapp at a lower price point. We use the ikea antilop chair at my moms. Likes/dislikes?: I love the longevity. We have been using it for over 2 years and will probably keep using it for my son until the baby is ready to start solids. I love that my son can get in and out of it independently. What other feeding gear would you recommend?: Silicone bibs, EZPZ utensils and mini cups, some sort of drop cloth, especially if you have carpet in your dining room like me. I followed babyledweanteam on Instagram and listened to her podcast to get ready for solids. We dove head first into BLW and had so much fun doing it.
I don't know why I am in quote mode and I don't know how to get out! Sorry!
What high chairs have you used?: we have thr Gracco 3 in 1 and I hate it. Like @nsk489 said, it doesn't sit upright enough and as an OT I am really peeved that positioning is so poor for a chair meant for feeding! We don't have it in the budget to get a new chair, but I'm keeping my eye out on buy nothing. I have heard great things about the Tripp Trapp and have used the idea antelop at my BIL's family cabin and the positioning is much better.
Likes/dislikes?: see above
What other feeding gear would you recommend?: Silicone bibs as others have said. My kids got the hang of straw cups pretty quick, but my daughter did use a trainer first. I think it was this one:
Nuby 3 Stage Tritan Wide Neck Grow with Me No-Spill Bottle to Cup, Blue, 8 Oz https://a.co/d/6V2A3dw
@nsk489 100% agree with Solid Starts as an amazing BLW account. I love their app too! We did total BLW, and really loved it. But I couldn't have done it without that account.
