This is a tough one for me to describe, but hoping maybe someone else has experienced this and knows what I'm talking about? I'm feeling a tightness in my lower abdomen. It's not pain. It feels more like muscle tightness between belly button and pubic area (so basically where baby is). Anyone else?
@scaredunprepared it's not coming and going. More like if I was sitting and then stood up that lower part of my belly would feel tight like a sore muscle after a workout. I've been feeling something kind of similar around my stomach in general, like stretching and tightness, that I'm sure is just due to my expanding belly, but it's been weird to feel it in the lower half. Could just be my uterus expanding more. I don't know. I'm not having any pain/cramping/bleeding etc so I'm not super worried. Just my pregnant body doing whatever it's doing
@trubaby411 could it be round ligament pain? Where it feels right like a cramp because you’re moving suddenly? Could also be the position baby is in! It does sound similar to BH though!
@trubaby411 have you called your provider yet? I'd advocate for that if it's causing anxiety.
