  I like the Ovia app because you can enter details from appointments and keep track of your weight/bp as well as other things like fetal movement.

  I like the Preglife app. It’s similar to all the other week by week pregnancy trackers but is a little more minimalist.

  This is thinking father ahead, but you're on Instagram, I love @expectingandempowered and @mommy.labornurse for childbirth/postpartum information. I exclusively pumped with DD and liked @pump_momma_pump and @exclusivepumping. EP advice and information is unfortunately scarce!

  Sh!t No One Tells You About Pregnancy (Sh!t No One Tells You, 4): Dais, Dawn: 9781580056335: Amazon.com: Books this was funny but also informative. I also read her one about Sh!t No One Tells You in the 1st Year.
  
  I got a lot of my info from apps and SILs. I had read parts of Ina Mays Guide to Childbirth, which gets great reviews, just didn't end up being what I was looking for for birth.

  Oh I also really liked birth plans for dummies. It was great as an FTM who didn’t even know what my options would be before I’d have to make my choices.
