This book, Expecting Better by Emily Oster, is helpfully evidence based with facts to back up (or reject?) commonly held beliefs about how to "do pregnancy right".
This is thinking father ahead, but you're on Instagram, I love @expectingandempowered and @mommy.labornurse for childbirth/postpartum information. I exclusively pumped with DD and liked @pump_momma_pump and @exclusivepumping. EP advice and information is unfortunately scarce!
I got a lot of my info from apps and SILs. I had read parts of Ina Mays Guide to Childbirth, which gets great reviews, just didn't end up being what I was looking for for birth.
Oh I also really liked birth plans for dummies. It was great as an FTM who didn’t even know what my options would be before I’d have to make my choices.
