For some reason this didn't pop in my notifications. But yes, if you check your inbox there is a link to the group. Follow the link and click on join and it'll pop up for me to accept

Does anyone know where the emails are on this website/app? Someone said they emailed an invite to the facebook group. But I can't for the life of me find the messages/emails on this site.

@elliespen your inbox should be a plain text link at the very top of the forum page if you're on the app, just the word Inbox. Like on this page it's right above the big words Private Group but below the little Community link for me.
