Hello everyone,
For the past couple days things have been a bit
more stressful than usual due to some recent and unexpected family drama
and my go-to strategies for reducing stress aren't working as well as I
would like. I usually will drink tea and read a good book or take a
nice long bubble bath or watch a couple episodes of Charmed (or whatever
else I see on Netflix) while drinking tea or hot chocolate.
Any tips / suggestions for what you do that seems to work would be appreciated.

I find that watching movies is a great way to relieve stress. It allows me to escape from reality for a while and immerse myself in a different world. Whether it's a comedy that makes me laugh or a drama that captivates my emotions, movies have a way of taking my mind off things and helping me relax. I also enjoy discussing movies with friends or participating in online forums to share recommendations and discover new films. Overall, watching movies is one of my go-to stress-reducing activities, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a much-needed break.
