STM EDD / Weeks + Days: 4/27 6w6d Baby is the size of a: chocolate chip
Team blue/pink/green: Not sure yet. We were team Green with our first, but I kind of want to find out this time
Upcoming Appointments: 9/21 confirmation of pregnancy
How are you feeling?: super sick and super tired. I don't remember it being this bad last time, but it probably was.
Rants/Raves: it's really hard to keep this pregnancy a secret, especially when I don't feel well. My best friend is in the middle of her 2nd ivf transfer after her first one failed. It would be amazing for us to be pregnant together, but I'm scared her transfer won't be successful and then I'll still have to tell her I'm pregnant. I have no idea how to handle this. 😕
Questions: none at the moment
GTKY: What’s your biggest pet peeve? I just wish I could eat normally again!
FTM EDD / Weeks + Days: April 24th/7w4d Baby is the size of a: Blueberry!
Team blue/pink/green: 🤱 any
Upcoming Appointments: 9/26 with OBGYN for ultrasound!
How are you feeling?: nauseous, exhausted, sore boobs and just drained.
Rants/Raves: my husband has been amazing so far. Preparing our guest room to change to a nursery, getting me anything I need. Creating a calm space for me to relax.
GTKY: What’s your biggest pet peeve? Repetitive sounds that are inconsistent. Like pen clicking or people humming on and off. Its weird and my irritation has been amplified already with pregnancy lol
Upcoming Appointments: 9/21- graduating from my fertility clinic 🎉 9/28- first appointment at my OB
How are you feeling?: we heard the heartbeat in my monitoring appointment this week, this made it more real! For symptoms, fatigue, extreme bloating, tender breast and a bit backed up 😓
Rants/Raves: I’ve been listening to a pregnancy podcast and can’t believe that 1st and 2nd trimester, appointments are only every 4 weeks. I’m used to going to my fertility clinic every week so this will be an adjustment!
Questions: anyone considering themselves a ‘high risk’ pregnancy and if you are engaging a MFM?
GTKY: What’s your biggest pet peeve? Nothing really is bothering me!
@ftmsd514 It was definitely an adjustment for me after my ivf pregnancy to only have monthly appointments! But they ramp up over time.
I went to an mfm for my anatomy scan last pregnancy, but was otherwise followed by midwives. They did some additional monitoring because of my age and the fact that I did end up developing gestational diabetes (despite no risk factors other than AMA and IVF). Why would you be high risk?
Okay, this makes sense, thank you! I am high risk because of family history (my mother died during childbirth) and also I had asherman’s so I am at a higher risk for placenta accreta.
*lurking from group 1* @ftmsd514 I was referred to MFM due to my son’s condition, going to call and set up an appt for further testing today. I don’t think I’ll be seeing them regularly, but it looks like they do all initial testing. I’m considered low risk for now, but it could change.

@etnyah good luck! I hope you’ll stay low risk! I will probably ask about when I go for my first OB appointment, they know my history also so it shouldn’t be a surprise.
Re: Group 4 (April 23-30) Check In Week of 9/5

How are you feeling?: SO so sick🤢 taking Diclegis 3x per day and my nausea still feels debilitating at times
Rants/Raves: I just miss eating real food/meals. I want chick fil a in the worst way😩
Questions: My morning sickness started early (4.5 weeks-ish). Do you think it’ll end early?
GTKY: What’s your biggest pet peeve? My MIL’s opinions on literally everything since we told her🤦🏽♀️
EDD / Weeks + Days: April 26th/ 6w5d
Baby is the size of a: chocolate chip 🍫
Team blue/pink/green: blue 💙
Upcoming Appointments: September 9th- first ultrasound
How are you feeling?: fatigue, back pain and tired of peeing so much! No morning sickness, but I do have motion sickness, which I never had before.
Rants/Raves: I’m impatient! Impatient for the doctors appointment, inpatient to tell family and friends and of course impatient to meet our baby 💛
Questions: none that I can think of at this moment!
GTKY: What’s your biggest pet peeve? I have so many- I’ll spare you the 500 bullet points 😂
@babyrsmom63 ROFL at "my MILs opinion on everything since we told her." Hahahahahahahahahaha. I am SOOO sorry though.
@h0pey_ now I really want to know at least 100 of those. Hehe.
