  • @acleverusername I am just so over all the odd stuff surrounding the whole thing that every little piece of new information I'd learn was just another eye roll. I mean we literally could have been stuck at the hospital day of and as far as I know it was important for at least DH to be there so like... maybe don't plan for something to happen around the moving target that is a due date?? Plus the whole "don't tell family because we're not inviting them" was just stupid. Be f*cking honest like an adult. Even if you have to twist the truth to something like "well we've been engaged for so long already and didn't want to have to wait another year due to everything being booked up so we just planned for something small".

I do have more deets but don't really want to put them out here in a public space
