I know every pregnancy and person is different but I’m almost 21 weeks and I’ve only gained 1 pound, I lost 10 pounds during my first trimester and have only gained back that 1 pound, I’m trying my best to eat all my meals and snack consistently throughout the day because otherwise I get nauseous but baby is growing like normal she’s healthy but I feel like I’m not. I am exhausted 24/7 and sometimes it makes me dizzy did anyone have anything similar?

I will echo what's been said here. If your baby is growing and healthy, your weight matters far less.
Just like if you're not pregnant and deprived nutrient s, your body will pull it from where it can ie bones muscle organ etc. Same with baby. You're fatigued, that's somewhat normal, but I'd consider it a red flag. Taking a prenatal vitamin isn't enough. I would really start digging into nutrition or make an appointment with nutritionist. For my needs, I take my vitamin in the morning, but later in the day add an extra B12 and calcium/magnesium at night.
