Cold turkey

So my mother in law made a turkey breast and I didn’t even think about it but the next few days I ate cold turkey sandwiches and now I’m freaking out because I read it’s basically the same as deli meat… any advice if you think I’m ok?

My doctor, who is now retired, said in all his career he never had anyone sick from deli meat. That is that. I rarely ate it but did once in a while.
The meat you ate was freshly cooked turkey that was stored safely, correct? You are fine!
