Currently crying because I can’t build this dresser and it’s the literal only one that I found and liked that’s the size we need. Love being upset over inanimate objects.
@tacosandtums I have no idea but DH and I have decided this one is defective. Tried to build the drawers today and the grooves on the sides don’t line up at all with the groove in the back so the bottom can’t slide in place (no idea if that makes sense). We’d have to drill new holes in it which would probably crack the wood. So I don’t really know what to do with it 😑
@b_1029 I would email and ask for a refund! If it came from wayfair they are usually good about letting you take pictures or sending it back for a full refund
@b_1029 return it! That is totally possible. It happened with a dresser i bought online for DDs room years ago. I was able to drop it off at the store and gets full refund.
*it was partially built and a crap ton of parts. It was also my store i work at i also had to deal with that mess on the return side as well 🤣
I know you said that it was the only one you've liked. Maybe one of us stumbled upon a similar one when searching and could help find another brand that's not such a mess.
I sent the company a message yesterday (of course there’s no direct number) so we’ll see what they say this week. This was one of the only ones I saw and liked that wasn’t white- there were weird specifications because it needed to be under 38” wide to fit in the built ins (37.5” space) but also tall enough to be a changing table. Seemed like most that were tall enough were at least 38” and the ones that weren’t were too tall. I felt like white would look weird in those navy/gray built ins but I don’t even know at this point. Just feeling sad about adding another kid to the mix. I know I will love him but I’m sad about the time I’ll lose with my daughter. She is my little buddy 😭 Ugh, crying as I type!!!
since my glucose test is tomorrow morning, I’m naturally craving all things sweet. Bonus points for anything extra carby like a baked good. I really hope I pass tomorrow so I can indulge myself 😅
I am craving savory foods: eggs Benedict, fried green tomatoes, crab dip, nachos, risotto, shrimp and grits, Chinese food, eggplant parm…. Lol I literally am so hungry always
