Re: Pregnant after Loss (PGAL) Thurs 2/17
Any big milestones? I am celebrating every successful blood draw or US
Any big milestones? Getting through the weekend will put me further along than my December pregnancy lasted, but mainly waiting for the ultrasound.
I'm a researcher/planner in all the ways, but I've been trying not to get too far ahead of myself after the MC. It's frustrating at times. Luckily I'm seeing a therapist weekly who helps me balance being excited and staying present. It's a constant battle, but the support helps.
@EmilyE13 I feel you on the bloat as well. This part always just feels so weird because you feel huge, but most of the time look normal so you don't even have a cute bump to show for it. At least this has been my experience lol.
Any big milestones? Nope

Lost our first in august 2021.
Emotionally, I’m a mess. I’m so worried we will lose this baby too. Physically I’m ok…a bit nauseous here and there, but thankful not much more.
Monday is our first ultrasound. Hoping to see/hear heartbeat but at the same time so nervous it won’t be there.
No milestones.
No rants.
Previous loss(es) (share as much or as little as you like)? MC 04/2020, Molar pregnancy and D&C 12/2020, MC 06/2021
How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically? Physically fine. Nothing crazy like I felt with the molar pregnancy. Emotionally all over the place. Been praying for some peace and starting to feel a little better but still just not sure how to feel. Docs and the few people I’ve told keep congratulating which is normal but I don’t know how to respond because I’m just not able to be excited yet.
Any appointment updates? U/S on 2/23
Any big milestones? My hcg and progesterone are at normal levels and increasing at normal rates so that’s encouraging!
No rants or raves.
previous loss: chemical October 2021, miscarriage at 6.5 in December 2021.
appointments: around where i live, they won’t see you until 11 weeks
big milestones: i have really been doing a good job at not being overly anxious or worried about the “what ifs” which i was initially concerned that i may feel when i would get pregnant again.
Weeks: 6+3 today
Previous Loss: Miscarried with triplets in November 2021 at 11 weeks
Feeling: Nervous, anxious. I have an ultrasound on Feb 28th which is causing stress. None of my family are aware except my husband.
HCG: 4+2 was 1100
4+4 was 2600
Hopeful this baby will stick
