Oh! I have one. I don’t believe in drinking water beyond what I typically drink due to being thirsty. I think my body’s thirst mechanism is pretty good at managing my homeostasis and I am never “not really hungry just thirsty.” Drinking water on a schedule just makes me pee a LOT and doesn’t make me healthier.

@kiki047 argh, I'm with you.

My UO is... I don't understand really large showers. My new place has this ridiculously large shower... I'm talking 4x6 maybe 7'? And also has a bench in addition to this space. The shower's reach / covered area is about 1/3 of that. Like, it's not even pleasant for MH and I to shower together because one of us gets cold. When we were looking at the place, he joked that we could have a "sex bench" in the shower, and then we realized just how cold it would be. CHALLENGE ME ON THIS!

@acleverusername I’m just here to say I loathe sharing a shower. It’s not sexy. I don’t want to be cold. And I like my shower time as alone time.

@anniemarie887 my ex-boyfriend was of the same opinion as you. silly me i tried to lure him into the shower once early in our relationship and he was just like, eww, no.

I guess my UO is that MH have showered together almost every night since the beginning of our relationship and now it’s just part of our bedtime routine. 😅 We also had one of those unnecessarily large showers in my condo, though it wasn’t as big as yours sounds @acleverusername, and in our house we have one of those European showers that doesn’t have a door so we have all the space in the world. Yeah I guess sometimes we get cold but it’s also nice to have someone to scrub my back. Most of the time we just stagger our showers so one will start as the other is finishing but still have a *ahem* warm handoff 😏

@acleverusername I would take a large shower over our tiny box shower. We haven’t even thought of trying to do it in there because one of us barely fits alone. But I definitely agree with the no to co-showering and or shower sexy times! Something about being sprayed in the face while standing there shivering just isn’t appealing

When we shower, MH and I say "it's for the environment; to save the whales." Lol. The shower in the photo would do the opposite. 🤷🏻‍♀️

LOL @optimistgardener you're funny... I actually was at a spa in Seattle, and there was a similar shower (270 degrees of water). It was amazing. But maybe it's too much for an every-day shower.

We shower together maybe once a week...have a standard shower. I miss my large shower from my apartment but I've always had small ones. I think the small ones make it more intimate when you're together in there ;-)

Going along with not loving obnoxiously large showers. I dislike obnoxiously large master bedrooms. When we bought our house and we were looking the master bedrooms that had a massive sitting room and a closet as big as a bedroom immediately went off my list.

I would rather have an extra bedroom.

I seem to be in the minority who actually likes large showers, but I want it to have multiple shower heads to eliminate the cold issue

I'd go large shower over tiny shower. I'm the clumsiest person alive and I'm always knocking things over in our shower. I'm lucky I haven't been mutilated by DH's razor that hangs on the wall.

Now I'm wondering if you can put heated walls in a shower like they put heated floors in some bathrooms... Would that help with the cold?

@mambo5-2 this would be AMAZING. Our master shower has a lovely large shower head, but it's such a small stall and I always get a cold shock accidentally touching the wall with various body parts.
