WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs, vitamins
R/R: Today I've been dealing with an annoying legal situation that I've been putting off so that's been good. It will feel absolutely amazing once it's all done but I feel like that could still take a while because somehow it always does...
CS/Q: I'm confused about O. I had a big temp spike today which indicates O would be yesterday, but I only turned a positive OPK last night and am still testing positive today. I have had a cold for a few days so that could be influencing my temp but any thoughts on if O was/is yesterday/today? TIA and chart in spoiler.Month/Cycle: 15/13

WAYDTGKU: the usual, plus letrozole and IUI hopefully
R/R: My preauth still shows as processing, bah. And we may get a blizzard this weekend, which would royally mess with IUI plans if I ovulate right then, so I guess we'll see? I'd really have preferred this cycle to be cut and dry lol. Also was able to reschedule my annual gyn visit for Friday which makes me happy because my anxiety has decided to latch on to and catastrophize the cyclical breast/armpit pain I get that I was planning to ask her about anyway. I'm sure it's nothing because I also get cyclical ovarian pain on the same side, and nothing's been mentioned during any of the ultrasounds I've had of THAT region recently, but anxiety doesn't care about that, yayyyyy brains!

WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPK
R/R: As luck would have it, even though I’m isolated with Covid in a time where we have to use sick days again for testing positive, I have had to use ZERO sick days! We got 4 inches of snow Sunday, resulting in a snow day yesterday. Then yesterday we had another snow band go through, giving us a snow day again today. Tomorrow morning we are supposed to have a wind chill around -15 degrees, so we may have another day off tomorrow. My students may never even know I tested positive 😂 I am starting to feel a little better (or the medicine MH picked up is actually working), so hopefully that trends upward! Our new house is starting to be built Friday, so I’m hopeful to be out of isolation by then.
CS/Q: nope. Day 6, AF is still here, so nothing to report!@fantasyflyte I'm glad you got an apt in with your gyn; hopefully they can answer any questions you have and help to assuage your anxiety. Of course, anxiety laughs in the face of logic and facts. "Bwahahahaha, you think you can tame me with your reason? I have irrationality on my side; I will not be vanquished!" If nothing else I'm here to commiserate and employ dark humor to get us through 😁
@fantasyflyte good luck with the OBGYN; I hope that pain is nothing. And holy cow... this cycle has been anything BUT cut and dry. It's like the world is conspiring against you. Sending hugs.
@ejoseph16 wow! That's a LOT of snow days! Does school normally get cancelled if it's cold too? Being from Canada, I don't ever remember having school be closed on super cold days; just on snow days. Also, how many snow days do you get on average per year? How do you make up for time lost?

WAYDTGKU: everything + TCM herbs
R/R: I don't actually know how it's possible to have as many meeting as I do. 90% of my day is spent in meetings. I got on the computer early (8:45) today to get some actual work done, since I'm in meetings non-stop from 10-6pm. And I also have therapy during lunch, so that too is a meeting. Wonderful. No wonder my posture is so crappy.
Starting a new TCM herb today to build good lining. Excited to see how this one tastes. The other one tasted a lot like celery; MH tried a bit and grimaced. Haha.

@fantasyflyte I’m glad you got your OBGYN appt! Hopefully everything just becomes clear for a successful IUI. Fingers crossed!
@acleverusername eh, it seems rules have changed around here. I’m in Ohio, and we cancel school if we are under a snow emergency or if our real feel temp is -15 or lower. We never closed for cold when I was younger, but I don’t mind it as a teacher! We get 5 calamity days before we have to make up days, but anymore we can just go remote on snow days. Covid has made that possible! That’s a crazy amount of meetings! I hope you’re at least in a comfortable chair! 😂
