  • Weeks/EDD?  4+1 (9/14)

Previous loss(es) (share as much or as little as you like)? As I said in my intro, this is my 5th pregnancy and no living children.  One missed miscarriage discovered @11 weeks, one blighted ovum, one chemical, and one daughter born at 22w3d who only lived for 15 days.

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically? I'm having a lot of trouble getting excited. I don't want to *expect* a loss, but with my history it's really hard not to.

Any appointment updates? I'm waiting to call to set up my first appointment until I'm at least 5w to make sure this one isn't chemical.

    Any big milestones? No

  • Weeks/EDD? 5 (9/8)

Previous loss(es) (share as much or as little as you like)? I’ve had 3 pregnancies between 2001-2019, all three were miscarriages.

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically? I’m honestly all over the place. I’m excited because this is my first truly wanted pregnancy. Although a big part of me wanted the other three once I knew I was pregnant they weren’t close to planned, at anywhere near a good time, or with decent guys. So with those ones I could always tell myself that the loss was for the best as a way to cope, but I can’t do that if something goes wrong with this pregnancy. So it’ll be even harder for me to cope if something happens which has me super worried. Plus now I’m considered a “geriatric pregnancy” (hate that term) and with my double uterus and cervix as well it’s considered a super complicated pregnancy, so just more to worry about. So ya, I’m excited, terrified, happy, scared, upset…pretty much all the emotions.

Any appointment updates? Not yet. I got referred to the Early Pregnancy Assessment Clinic at the Women’s Hospital where I live but still waiting to hear back about an actual appointment.

    Any big milestones? No

    Rants/Raves/Questions? No
  • Weeks/EDD?  - 5+2, September 7th (per LMP)

Previous loss(es) (share as much or as little as you like)? - Have one living DD (4 yrs old) and had one MC in October of 2021. We had been trying all year and it just wasn't happening. It finally happened but I ended up having a MC around 5-6 weeks. Pregnancy line was faint when I went to doctor for first appointment and I started bleeding a few days later. Drew my betas for confirmation.

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically? - Honestly, I'm probably a little more excited than I should be. DH keeps reminding me not to get too excited yet but I can't help it. But I'm also still scared. I check for blood every time I go pee. Physically, I'm good so far. Just bloated, hungry, and my face is breaking out.

Any appointment updates? - Went to my first prenatal appointment yesterday just to confirm the pregnancy. Have my dating US on January 27th. I'll be 8+1.

    Any big milestones? - Nope.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? - Nope.

  • Weeks/EDD? I believe I am 4 weeks and 2 days. EDD Sept. 13th.

Previous loss(es) (share as much or as little as you like)? I has a mc in April 2020. My body didn’t do what it was supposed to so I ended up having a D&C.

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically?  Scared but excited, lots of anxiety. Physically I am more tired, get nauseous at all different times of the day, want to eat everything but nothing sounds good.

Any appointment updates? I had my hcg drawn twice. Went from 61 to 197! Dating ultrasound is intravaginal and is on 1/21.

  • Weeks/EDD? 5. Sep 12

Previous loss(es) (share as much or as little as you like)?  I had an ectopic pregnancy in June of 2021, it was scary and surreal. We had been trying for a year, I assumed I had just gotten my period because everything seemed normal and then I started bleeding again 4 days after and we found out what was happening. I had to get two rounds of methotrexate and the ordeal lasted 2 full months, it felt like a constant reminder of my body not doing the right thing.

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically? Cautiously optimistic. I was on my second month of letrozole this time, and my hcg numbers are doubling like they should.

    Any appointment updates? Not yet

Any big milestones? First ultrasound is a week from Wednesday!

Rants/Raves/Questions? Are you all terrified? That’s normal right?! I convinced myself I would be ok with just my healthy three year old but I want this baby so bad.
  • Weeks/EDD? 5 +2

Previous loss(es) (share as much or as little as you like)? I had a miscarriage in November at 5+3 5+4. I was pretty skeptical about the pregnancy because I had no symptoms whatsoever except for one day I felt nauseous in the grocery store and my period was 2 days late. That prompted me so test and I was very shocked to get a positive test. My first pregnancy I had ALL the symptoms and started feeling really sick at 5+4ish. Right before the miscarriage I had just started to feel hopeful that maybe that pregnancy was just going to be different and maybe I wouldn't get so sick.

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically? I think I'm doing ok. I've been feeling pregnant more and more so it's reassuring. Of course that's not a guarantee everything will continue but I'll take it.

Any appointment updates? First appt will be around 12 weeks and we'll hear the heartbeat with a doppler.

    Any big milestones? Not really

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Nothing right now

  • Weeks/EDD?
    5+2/ September 12.

Previous loss(es) (share as much or as little as you like)?
Miscarried in April 2021 at 6 weeks and a chemical pregnancy in July 2021.

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically?
I am up and down. I am really anxious. I’m trying not to get too excited because of the past losses.

    Any appointment updates?
First appointment is on 1/31. It feels so far away and I’m so nervous. I am relieved they are allowing spouses so my husband will be there to support.

    Any big milestones?
    None

    Rants/Raves/Questions?
None, but thank you for setting this thread up. It’s nice to know we’re not alone.
