If there is anyone out there who has been silently following along and not posting, or if you wrote on the intro thread and then didn't really post anywhere else, or if you've just found this board and want to jump in PLEASE DO!!!! This is an invitation to anyone who wants to start posting but who hasn't really found the courage to jump in to write a little hello here and start posting along with everyone without feeling weird about it:) We are a small, friendly group and happy for more members!
We will likely be moving to a FB group in February/March and do not want to leave behind anyone who would like to be an active member. So please please please start posting now! Let's make this group more active and make sure anyone who wants to be included in the FB group gets a chance to participate now so you don't get left behind!
Re: Come Join Us! The lurker thread:)
@knottie784f93e932165202 Congrats mama! Do you know if your new little one is a boy also?
@Knottie98471257adc45d1f I'm 42 and will be 43 at delivery so you're in good company:) DD2 was born when I was 40. I'm sorry about your losses. I have a similar history and we have a great weekly PGAL (pregnant after loss) thread that keeps me going! Hope you jump in there too if you feel up to it! And I had an anterior placenta with both my girls. Thus is my first time with a posterior placenta and it still shocks me that I can feel so much movement so early!
unfortunately I work too much still lol.. and am not super active on here but will try to be!
I find the bump to be less user friendly on the cellphone than Facebook. I only get notifications is I’m on my laptop which is rarely! How can I get notifications on my cellphone?
im getting overwhelmed easily as a sahm and still exhausted af!
@313Meg I'm so sorry you are going through that! I can only imagine you are overwhelmed. Thats alot to take in.
My situation is different, we are awaiting our next ultrasound for baby boy at 26 weeks to check a choroid plexus cyst in his brain and a dilated renal pelvis. I'm not entirely sure what all that means. My dr seems to think its nothing and will resolve itself, meanwhile I'm trying not to assume worst case scenario. ( I'm the absolute worst when it comes to that, I overthink EVERYTHING )
@rachelredhead Thank you! I'd definitely be interested in chatting with her down the road. I know his condition is minor in the grand scheme of things. But it's still been emotional.
It seems like a majority of people here want a FB group. Should we have a separate post for a poll? I can create the poll and the group. We can also do a selfie with a household item for safety. Let me know your thoughts.
