R/R: I’ve never hoped a cycle wasn’t it, but if this cycle is it I’m going to feel so guilty. Although from what I’ve read online, this medication can be used if the benefits outweigh the risks. Not that I think they do/did, but reading it makes my brain feel a little better. Anyways, the weather today is so much nicer than yesterday and beautifully cool so I hope to spend a bunch of time outside! Mh went into work later today and I wish he would have just went in early/normal time because he just sat here and aggravated me all morning. Ugh. Men.
CS/Q: both charts are today but ff didn’t want to give me CH’s so I changed that almost positive opk to positive in there and it thinks I ovulated now. So I’m just going to go with it. This cycle is blah anyways.
@paytonpedro hugs to you. I feel you on the anxiety, it's hard to turn the brain off when it latches on to something like that. Yay for nice weather!

CS/Q: had minor cramps yesterday, but still a high temp today, so I'm guessing AF comes tomorrow, but I guess we'll see! It's also possible I O'd a couple days later than I thought, so who knows.

R/R: You guys! Do you know what finally snapped me out of my weird mental funk today? My freaking dental cleaning. I haven't been in a while (insert shame here) and just the act of doing something to take care of and better myself gave me the dopamine/serotonin jump that I needed.

@jellie603 Ah, that's amazing that something as mundane as a cleaning gave you such good feels. But look, don't shame yourself for not having had one in a while. We _have_ been in a pandemic for the last 1.5 years. I haven't gone to the dentist in like 2 years as a result.

R/R: still getting a faint line on Proov so safe to assume my progesterone is sucky today. I actually think I saw pink when wiping yesterday, so I wouldn't be surprised if AF showed up today or tomorrow. That's how it usually goes for me. Oh well, sucky, but... the sooner AF comes, the sooner I get to start another stim cycle. So there's that to look forward.
I've had a day chock-full of meetings yesterday and by the end of it I was in a rotten mood. I was supposed to talk to my sister to book her trip to visit us, but ended up having to postpone our convo because I was a crab. And then on top of that I was also really tired and went to bed really early (was asleep by 9!) I'm hooping I'll feel better today.

@jellie603 I absolutely love that a dentist appointment got you out of your funk! For me I feel like it would be totally opposite and that I’d rather streak in time square than go to an appointment (I literally make my husband make my appointments because I just wouldn’t 😓) But that’s so awesome! I hope you continue to have a good day!
@acleverusername i hope you feel better today and have a much better day than yesterday! It’s miserable feeling crabby. But I hope that early bedtime and extra sleep is helping! Also I hope your husband got off his butt this morning and made you breakfast in bed. Hah! Right. Ugh. It’s nice to dream. Lol.

@acleverusername I hope your day ended up going ok. I also tried to go to bed earlier last night but failed miserably. I made it to bed, which I guess is like half credit. And then spent like an hour on my phone.

R/R: I have a story about message boards that I think this group will appreciate. I’ll spoiler it to shorten this post.
Anyway, a couple months ago someone tweeted at me wanting to see if I was from a message board we had both belonged to. She was able to track me down because I still use the same username I used back then. I was absolutely floored and honestly overjoyed to talk to someone who was part of this meaningful experience from my young adulthood. She interviewed me for an article she was writing on the board. We spent several hours talking about all the things we could remember and went through a web archive of the pages, which was truly wild. The article finally came out today. I won’t post a link to it since it has some personal details (though I’m sure y’all could find it based on this post lol) but if anyone is curious feel free to message me.
I know this group understands how valuable internet friends can be, especially through a message board format. Thought y’all might enjoy hearing about that!

R/R: I got my IVF bloodwork done this week in prep for my first IVF cycle. I'm stalking the lab's portal, hoping it'll all get posted soon so maybe I can start IVF on my next cycle. All of a sudden waiting has become the most impossible thing ever.
