    I would hope the doctor or tech measured to tell you how far along you are.

    As someone who had no education on ultrasounds, just had been pregnant too many times, my guess is 6-7 weeks.  And the blob beneath the baby is a sealion.

    Every ultrasound I’ve ever had, how far along you are is printed in the information you blacked out. I suggest looking there.

    Where do you see little arms and legs?  All I see is a circus peanut! 

    Seriously you should have been told how far along you are at the US.  If they did not tell you (I find that HIGHLY UNLIKELY) then call and ask they have it on record!
