Wine - What's your favorite drink to have/make when you've had a hard day (doesn't have to be wine)? My jam lately has been non-dairy Swiss Miss. Way better than any of the vegan or just not made with milk hot chocolates that I've tried. Those are always so chalky tasting.

3) Whine - What's your least favorite thing currently on your to do list? I have a few subordinates at work that I have to put on administrative probation soon, and the first one was today. It wasn't fun. I hate being the bad guy, but they're all adults and dug themselves this deep. I just hate being the bearer of bad news. It's one of the more unfortunate aspects of working my way up the ladder, but it has to be done. They don't make cliche sayings like "separating the wheat from the chaff" or "trimming the fat" for nothing.
