@paulpaw I love that it says “zesty” zucchini? Is that a different type than normal? We grew some extremely large zucchini’s last year. I also love Armageddon, we were cleaning out our DVDs to donate yesterday and DH suggested Armageddon go in the donation bin! Ridiculous.

Upcoming appointments: Regular checkup with the NP on Friday
How are you feeling?: Pretty good overall. My hip pain has mostly dissipated with regular chiropractor appts and I’ve been able to keep running which seems to help the most.
Rants/Raves: I’ve been MIA for the last month or so (I’ve missed you all!), my mom was hospitalized and I’ve been spending every day in-hospital with her. It was utterly exhausting, but she came home on Monday and is doing so much better. My raves are that she’s home so I can start to be a person again, but also that my husband and son have been wonderful during this whole thing. They’ve been trying to keep the house clean (trying), keeping trivial items off my plate, and just giving me all the love when I get home. They were so understanding through it all and I am just incredibly appreciative.

GTKY:What is your favorite movie? 🍿 This is a tough one, I have so many that I love. My “secret shame” movie (that I watch every single time its on TV, but hate to admit I love it) is Waterworld lol – I would say if I truly had to pick a favorite it would be Princess Bride
@Aerialmrs I’m finding the same thing with food, where I need to eat less at each meal. It makes me sad, I love food so much I want to eat the whole thing but then I’m just so uncomfortable.
@emeraldcity1214 muddy snowsuits are the worst. We go to a multi-town Christmas tree bonfire each year that’s out in a field, and the level of mud on my son’s snowsuit is always terrifying. I would definitely recommend trying to rinse it off before washing. I usually put him back in it the next day at home, have him roll around in the snow to get it wet, and give it a light scrub to remove the chunks – its still winds up looking horrendous but it saves the washer.
@runningonindie I can only imagine how you feel not knowing. You’re not being a downer at all. You’re just talking to all your internet friends about how you feel, which is exactly what this place is for! Fingers crossed everything turns out, sounds like it has with the house!
@kissyfir1586 I’m so sorry you’ve got such bad sciatica. I had it bad with my first and am hoping it stays away with this one. Fingers crossed your Dr will have some advice.

@emjeve we LOVE musical movies around here. My son tries to teach himself all the dances to Greatest Showman. Lately he’s been watching Hairspray so at least the “crazy moves” have calmed down in my living room lol
@whatabout2ndbreakfast I’m definitely carrying lower with this one. It’s been a long time with the first, but I remember how these old maternity pants used to fit and can tell I’m lower. I’m also pretty sure that’s why I’ve had so much hip pain since early on

@penny624 Don’t count a boy out just yet, this pregnancy is completely different than my first. I was sure it would be a girl, but another boy it is!
I'm a huge movie person, so it's really hard to choose. There are tons of great ones like alot of the MCU movies, Knocked Up, Kevin Smith movies.. bunch of sci-fi movies, etc. But I always go back to Shaun of the Dead. It's just so well done, and hilarious. In college and for awhile after, it was commonly the movie we would fall asleep watching, so I also love it for nostalgic reasons lol
