@bows22. I'm sorry for the BFN, but glad your LP seems to be lengthening? Ughh the work stress does not sound like fun. GL with that; it sounds like you did the right thing, standing up for yourself.

</div><div class="Spoiler">CS/Q: If you saw my WTO posts, you already know my temps have been dumb. Hoping if I commit to a set temp time this cycle I'll get a little more meaningful data, because it's possibly only going to cause more stress, rather than alleviate it, which is the point. Having a natural cycle to prepare for and follow my own ovulation + trigger, with all the morning monitoring, always has a bit of stress and uncertainty to it... So hopefully charting can give me some illusion of control, 😂😂😂 or at least peace of mind that I'm personally keeping an eye on things.

R/R: Rave - As of this week MH and I both have our first COVID shots. A huge weight off of my mind. Not being able to socialize, eat out, etc. has made finding ways to distract myself during the TWW difficult. The weather is also starting to turn where we live, so I'm also getting back into my gardening

@bows22 I do remember your work drama from last year. I’m sorry that it’s repeating. Question for you: at this point, would you consider making a job change if they don’t make the changes you’re requesting? I know that you really love your job and with that pay cut/less hours arrangement it should typically be an ideal situation as you look to extend family, but this is just plain ridiculous! Good luck! Also, 👎🏻 for the BFN. Do you know what kind of testing your old Re is having you do?

@BusinessWife Sounds like you’ve got a busy busy end of week/weekend ahead of you! Good luck! As for charting, I totally get what you mean re: grasping at whatever it is you can control. I hope it gives your some stress relief!

@hepalien42 welcome to TWW! Our paths haven’t meaningfully crossed yet but I’m looking forward to getting to know you! Congrats on getting the first dose! I got mine 2 weeks ago and my second shot is coming up on 4/10. Also, 🤞🏻with SA!

Timing: -3, -1(IUI), O(IUI), +1

Typical LP length: 15-17 depending on when I stop progesterone

Testing: 12DPO (or sooner 😹😹😹)

R/R: only raves today! I woke up super early today and was determined to make it to the top of the mountain we live on to catch the sunrise. So, enjoy a shot of sun rising over SF in my CS/Q section.

Also got some blood work done yesterday (continuing my little research that I spoke about in IF thread a few weeks ago) and - holy cannoli - my progesterone was at 54.1! Sounds like all 4 of my corpus luteums are working. Plus Endometrin supplement is too. Also got my Vit D rechecked, which was low in late December (30; down from 33 in July and I was actually taking 5000IU supplement between July and December!) and it’s up to 48! My doctor likes it AT least >40 and even closer to 60 if doing IVF. So yay!

Final rave: I got a performance based raise yesterday (kicks in today) and it’s apparently the highest I could get without a promo and my manager also said that I’m well on my way to a promo next review cycle in Q3!

CS/Q: temps popped right up today but it’s been really warm in SF and - as always - last 2 temps are subject to change.

@acleverusername Thank you! Everyone I have interacted with so far is so warm and welcoming. The view from your hike looks gorgeous! I'm looking forward to doing some hiking myself once we finally are consistently a little warmer here in the northeast. We went from 70 to snowflakes this week.

@BusinessWife Thank you! I think he was a little nervous, so he forgot to ask about the ETA of results. We're going to give them a call if we don't hear anything in the next few days. What are you baking for this Easter? I was thinking about making a fruit tart for our family brunch.

@hepalien42 ooh! Fruit tart sounds splendid! I have a cute little sugar cookie recipe I made last year where the cookies look like pastel colored rainbow eggs? The same site has like a chocolate chip cookie where she uses those cadbury candy shell eggs (which I love), so I want to try that as well. I also have some pretty sprinkle-covered blossom cookies, I was thinking about making PB and chocolate varieties, as well as carrot cake muffins with real cream cheese icing, and classic jelly bean garnish. The <i>piece de resistance</i> I *really* wanted to make though is the poppy seed roll cake, which I have never made. So I feel like I should probably get the ball rolling here, because I have my work cut out for me!

@acleverusername I’m not totally opposed to a new job but it would have to be the right opportunity because I will never have the flexibility anywhere else that I have with this job which is so valuable. So we will see. And my doc wants to repeat CD3 labs and do an SHG just to see what’s happening. Anyway, enough about me - glad everything is still going swimmingly this cycle and your work raise is amazing! Are you testing out the trigger this cycle?

@bows22 I am sorry that you're in this predicaments. Good for you for standing up for yourself; hopefully the right path will be revealed to you ASAP! Good luck with testing coming up! Though I keep hoping that you won't need it. AFM, yep, I tested out the trigger; I got a blank strip on 5&6DPO, so I've stopped testing for now. Will try and hold off until 12DPO at this point.

@acleverusername Congrats on the raise and the bloodwork! Those numbers sound great. Glad your Vit. D is on the rise—that’s so important. It’s funny: I also did my own little “experiment” and got blood drawn the other day: progesterone came back at 47, so hoping the things I’m doing are enough.🙂
