Hi ladies. I'm heartbroken to say that I'm pretty sure I'm currently miscarrying. I suspect I had a blighted ovum because at my ultrasound yesterday there was nothing but a tiny dot in my uterus that "may or may not be something" (which means they couldn't come right out and say it). But I should've been 7.5 weeks along. I also started spotting last night and am bleeding more today.
Planning to call my doctor's office this morning because he had wanted me to continue progesterone shots thinking it's just early but i wasn't bleeding at that point so I suspect that might change.
