Feeling ok. When I don't take the Unisom I have really bad insomnia. Fine going to bed, but I wake up a few hours in and then am up for hours. I am planning to try taking Unisom every other night to see if that helps at all.

Puking...so much puking. The only time I am not nauseous is when I am asleep. I think I remember this week being especially terrible with my first, so praying this is the peak again.
My nausea is worlds better this past week. I've really only been getting sick in the evenings, and most days I don't throw up now. I'm surprised because I'm only 10.5 weeks, and it seems really early for all this to go away. In the past I was sick until 16 weeks and 20 weeks respectively with DD1 and DD2. Anyone else feeling over the hump of morning sickness?
I have completely bipolar HG as of this week and last; some days I am perfectly fine (with oral Zofran & Diclegis), still) and other days I cannot sit up without puking (even with Zof, Diclegis, and Phen). I am relieved to be having the good days but I think they make the bad days worse- more to come up. Its totally random, I can have 2 good/2 bad, 3 bad/1 good. I am just hoping we are getting closer to more and more good days (11w4d).
I have a feeling my B12 is tanked; my exhaustion is off the charts, I was awake for a total of 6 hours yesterday, with a nap between. I am debating asking for a B12 injection with my next infusion, but I think I would need to go into the office for a blood test first. This happened to me with my last pregnancy; brain fog, exhaustion, balance issues.

I’m feeling pretty good this week, 13w 1d and starting to feel the fatigue lighten up big time, which is nice. I’m able to stay up until about 10 pm instead of crash at 8:30 right after the kids go to bed. I’m a wild woman now 🤣🙄
I’m still ravenous - week 12 I felt like I wasn’t wanting to eat 24/7, but now I’m back to that feeling and everything healthy sounds unappetizing. Boo.
Sorry all the ladies still feeling nauseous and crappy!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 you’ll be rounding the corner soon!

My nausea has been gone for the last few days, so I am hoping I'm through it! However, my energy is still not back to normal yet and I get winded and fatigued easily, to the point my legs and arms just start to feel weak and I need to grab a seat. I've also had some mild, random cramps from time to time over the last 2 weeks which is really making me nervous for my scan tomorrow. We've been telling a lot of people now that we are having twins, so I really hope I dont have to contact anyone with bad news. Funny how I couldnt wait to not be nauseous anymore and now I'm scared no nausea is a bad sign.
I am counting down the days until I start to feel better (whenever that will be). I am so sick of being sick. I started Diclegis the day before Thanksgiving and it helped for 2 days, but now I am back to feeling bad. I'm 11+1 and cannot wait to be out of the first trimester. I love seeing the comments of people who are feeling better because it gives me hope I didn't feel close to this awful for my first two pregnancies so I am not handling it well. Here's to better days ahead!
@marebear15 I don’t want to jinx myself because I think the only reason I feel like I’m feeling somewhat better is because I am taking the medicine my ob prescribed me at night. In my past pregnancies I have been the same with 9-12 weeks being the worst of my nausea and puking over everything and it not ending until 16-20 weeks. It probably seems less this time since the medicine has been helping. Even with the medicine, I am still in the nauseous/tired all of the time group though.
Last time I said my nausea was gone, I barfed lol here's hoping that was the last one. My body feels tired and sore still. Some days I could eat a feast, and other days I don't want to look at food. Overall, some weird ups and downs, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel.
@mrs_massie If it helps, I've also had minor cramping and pains on and off for the past couple of weeks (one day was particularly worse than the others). They haven't gotten worse and there's no bleeding, so I'm pretty sure it's just growing/stretching pains, which I've had in prior pregnancies.
I think I’m in week 12, maybe 11. I’m doing better during the day. If I lay low and don’t do much, I’m not sick. I’m still getting very sick around 5:30, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. I’m so tired of being sick and feeling like crap. My mom is talking like she wants to leave so I think our help will be departing soon. I’m so glad some of y’all are feeling better. It gives me hope.
I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow and actually not feeling terrible.
I’m so exhausted that I can fall asleep just about anytime in the day. I’m queasy but I eat crackers and then something more substantial to fend off the vomiting.
Last pregnancy, I was routinely vomiting until 26 weeks and felt like crap. I’m bracing myself this time but also hoping everything continues to be mild.
I'm oscillating between naseous all the time and f*cling starving. Today is a starving day but by the time I get food in front of me I'm grossed out by it and the actual process of eating. Still tired too and just woke up from a 40 minute long nap. 10 weeks tomorrow so hoping there's only a month left of this!
The nausea has let up big time. I only get nauseous if I wait too long to eat.
On the other hand, I’ve been getting tons of headaches which is normal for me coming out of 1st tri, but dizziness is happening too and that is not fun. It just hits randomly.
@ruemcclanahan - do it! They can also give you IV Zofran with your fluids, which I found works far better than the oral tablets. I feel much better (less nauseous, less dizzy, slightly more energy) on the days that I get a bag of fluids. Good luck! I know how hard it is.

@disgruntled_pelican I think I will!! She also talked about pulling me out of work for a little bit until I get it under control so I have that to think about too
Sorry to hear so many of you are still super sick.
I’m feeling better (only thanks to diclectin and can’t stop taking it) but all the stretching pain has really started. Im finally able to stomach come coffee again which is helping the morning headaches. I still can’t even look at any form of Turkey (Turkey bacon or ground Turkey, both which were staples in my diet before now)
I'm 12 weeks today and im feeling pretty good these days besides the backaches. Im hungry alot still and still have tender boobs on and off but doing well. I was getting some more energy back lately but then last night I started falling asleep on the couch at 8:25pm 😆 So much for that lol I hope I continue to feel good and don't jinx myself.
I'm not as sick in the afternoons as I used to be. My energy levels are coming back now that I have crossed the 13 week mark. However, I am having migraines. As soon as I see the aura, I take Tylenol immediately and have been able to hold off two but lost the battle with one and took a nap midday for relief. I went hiking this weekend and managed 10 miles but sprained my ankle the last quarter mile. That was rough hiking out and now I'm down for a few weeks.
I hope everyone that is feeling nauseous still, will see the light at the end of the tunnel. ❤️❤️
Anyone else here been having any weird uncomfortable pains in the ribs high up underneath their breasts? I have been having these weird tight pains and not sure what it is?? Maybe everything growing and stretching in there? 🤷♀️ Its uncomfortable and it aches all day and when I sleep at night and sometimes I feel like I can't breathe well. It feels like I swallowed a brick lol
@mindyb2019 pretty normal at this stage. Your body is starting to move and make adjustments for growing baby. I’m having similar pains and my belly started itching yesterday letting me know I’m definitely growing.
@klj0228 ok. Thanks. Im glad to hear that normal even though it doesn't feel great 😆 i didn't think these pains started so early? I haven't had any itching yet.
@mindyb2019 My entire abdomen is having weird periodic pains. Nothing too severe, and this week I can totally feel that it's just stretching pains (feels like I slightly pulled a muscle).
Yesterday my body got back at me for saying I was feeling fine. Super exhausted all afternoon and evening, plus nausea right around dinner time (perfect timing). Doing better today, though.
14 weeks today and still feeling like garbage more days than not. Maybe not as many hours in the day, but still sick so much. I am tired of vomiting and feeling bad.
My boobs are growing this week, feeling my body adjusting and can tell things are moving around to make room for baby. Constipation is still awful over here and I remember it being worse towards the end of pregnancy last time so I’m not looking forward to that if it happens that way.
@mindyb2019 sounds like my pains except mine are more IN my left boob. Either I’m going through growing pains as well or I’m turning into a superhero where my power is shooting lightning bolts out of my breasts 😖
Still getting back at me. Feel gross and have had a headache behind my right eye since yesterday afternoon. Tylenol did nothing. I've basically had a hangover since Tuesday
@akoros I'm sorry you're having headaches this week but kind of relieved bc I have been getting them too. Ds2 had a covid exposure last week and we are waiting for his test to come back still, so I keep worrying it's covid. An ice pack on my head/neck has helped tremendously. I don't have any in the house right now, but an ice cold can of coke is my go-to when I have migraines.
@mindyb2019 lol oh the imagery going through my head!
@akoros@_orchid_ headaches are the worst. Hope you ladies feel better soon. I find a warm pack on my neck or just massaging the back of my neck (from behind ears to the shoulders) helps a bit too
I’ve been super queasy. Only vomited a few times but feel like I’m gagging all day.
All THE CRYING!! I am a weepy mess. I hate it. I’m on Prozac which usually helps keep me level but these past few days I’ve full on wept over stupid things.
@wendy838 hahaha, all I can think of is the fembots from Austin Powers, but with lightening. I hope the pain subsides soon. Probably related to the milk ducts expanding. I had it in my first pregnancy, but this one it is more of a general ache and super painful nipples.

@_orchid_ Yeah, it feels almost like the start of a migraine, but then doesn't actually progress (truly just a sharp pain behind one eye socket). Could be sinus pain, I suppose, but I don't feel any pressure. Extra strength Tylenol did the trick, so at least I can work with both eyes open. Hopefully your headache is just hormones, which sucks but far better than COVID!
I still have nausea/gagging/vomiting and still so tired. The worst symptom currently is severe hip pain at night. I have tired sleeping with a pillow between my knees. The only thing that helps is sleeping on my back.
I’m super stretchy and it hurts. I cleaned the house Friday and guess I overdid it because my lower stomach hurts so bad.
Also does anyone remember when your hair stops falling out? I remember it basically stopping my other 2 pregnancies (until post partum which is horrific) but I am shedding like crazy still!!
