  A lot of women have bleeding and have perfectly healthy pregnancies.  The timing of yours could likely be implantion.   Cramping could also be your uterus expanding,  which in my experience, felt more pronounced with each pregnancy

  Wait. Hold up. You are 8 weeks pregnant and your period was supposed to start on November 1? As in 3 days ago? The only way that could "work" is that you had a loooong cycle and are basing your date on the 1st day of your last cycle which in that case you would need a u/s to be dated correctly.
