CD/DPO of first BFP?
How many months/cycles had you been TTC?
How long have you been an active participant on the TTGP board? (minimum: 3 full months)
What did your chart look like?
What were you doing TGKU?
How was your timing? What symptoms did you have, if any? (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)
Ummmmmm, is this actually happening? How is this possible? I just had surgery 11 days ago. I definitely was not expecting this. I know I just came back again in July after my 2nd loss so I’m hoping it’s ok I post here again and no one gets upset or offended or against the rules. If I did, I’m so very sorry. Not my intentions.
CD/DPO of first BFP? 32/14. Just tested today.
How many months/cycles had you been TTC? 2/2 AL #2 but on and off for one year.
How long have you been an active participant on the TTGP board? (minimum: 3 full months) Aug 2019-Oct 2020. I did leave twice in the middle of that to BMB’s for a bit and came back right away after my 2 losses.
What did your chart look like? What were you doing TGKU? HIO, BBT, PNV, OPKS, CB fertility monitor. I also contacted a fertility/baby psychic in August for shits and giggles. I don’t believe in that stuff but HOT DAMN..I can’t believe she was actually right! She said that my next baby coming would be linked to October. So that was the month I would either conceive in, find out in or gave birth in. Well here I am 😳 She also said it would be a girl so we will see if she’s right on that part too lol
How was your timing? What symptoms did you have, if any? (CS & CD breakdowns welcome) I guess timing was great. I know I O’d on CD18 for sure. So going by that and my CH’s On FF our timing would be -5, -3, -2, -1, 0. We were just HIO a lot because we wouldn’t be able to have sex for like 3-4 weeks after surgery. Mine as well get it all out of our system 😆 I haven’t really had too many symptoms to be honest. Not that I was really looking for them this time but I did have some slight mild cramping the past few days here and there, mildly sore boobs and have been feeling a bit tired with headaches and peeing a lot more. Oh and AF didn’t show up like it was supposed to. I thought it was just the surgery messing it up. Guess that was wayyy off.
How are you going to/did you tell your partner? Well, I waited all day for him to be home from work. Since this is my 3rd pregnancy and no LC’s, you kinda lose creative ways to tell your DH because of fear. This time I just took him upstairs privately and handed him a sticky note that said on it “Here we go again” He looked at me and he knew exactly what it meant. He smiled and said really? Are you serious?” LOL yep!! I’m serious and then I showed him the digital preg test. He started smiling and giggling and I said what? He’s like, see nothing is wrong with my sperm lol I then said “Nope there isn’t, apparently you have super sperm” 😂 He’s happy but scared because of everything we went through with that last 2. I don’t blame him.
Anything else to add? I’m just in udder shock right now and still trying to process this. I have LOVED being part of this community so much. Every time I leave I get sad but was happy to return even though it meant sad things have happened. Its been nothing short of a crazy rollercoaster of emotions this past year for me. So many ups and downs and things I’ve had to go through or over come, just like all you warriors here. To be honest, I’m more scared and freaked out this 3rd time then excited. I really do hope that 3rd time is the charm for me as I can’t bare the thought of another loss at this point. I feel bad cause I don’t have much hope that this baby will make it. I talked to the OB today and told her and she said that because I just had the LEEP surgery done that more then likely it will end in a MC as it does for most women 😭😭 I don’t want to hear that but she said we will see what happens. Im not trying to sound like a Debbie downer but I have to accept that that’s just the reality. Im scared to get attached or be happy now. It terrifies me as my cervix is still literally healing and spotting and I’m already pregnant. Like whattt!? So unfortunately, I’ll probably be back here sooner then later I have literally been praying for soooo long for my miracle baby to come and if this isn’t the exact description of a miracle baby then I don’t know what is. Maybe it’s just meant to be 🤷♀️ Time will tell. For now, im just trying to take one day at a time and to enjoy the moment for right now and not let my PGAL brain take control of me. It will be a challenge over the next few weeks and until I get my NIPT test done and my HCG betas to make sure its progressing, but still hoping for my rainbow 🌈. I want to thank all you ladies here for supporting me and rooting for me when I was down and heartbroken. You guys have been there for me through my worst and I wouldn’t have survived without you. You all are truly amazing women and im soo lucky to be part of this place. Im wishing all you ladies the best and i’ll still be love-titting and cheering you guys on from the sidelines. I want to see more and more graduates soon! Love you friends and will miss you all! ❤️ Stay strong!
I lurked over here for the heck of it tonight and just OMG
I am hoping and praying this IS your rainbow baby and you defy the odds!

Thank you everyone for all your love and support. Reading these comments makes me tear up. Luv you all ❤
@BusinessWife thanks girl. I appreciate you saying that. I was not happy when the OB said that and was kinda hurt and upset. I didnt need to hear that but at the same token, I do appreciate honesty and nothing sugar coated.
@mindyb2019 I got excited and glossed over the end of your post where you mentioned your OB. If it helps, my cousin unexpectedly got pregnant right when she had a D&C (or similar surgery). The doctors had dismissed her when she went to the follow-up saying she had pregnancy symptoms, but she insisted on a test and later size/dating scans seemed to indicate that she conceived just before the surgery. She'd undergone IVF and a very difficult pregnancy for her first daughter, so it was an utter surprise to her, but she wound up having an easy, healthy pregnancy. I'm sure she'd gotten the same warnings that you did but, as we both know, just because the statistics lean one way doesn't mean that's what will happen to you. In the past that's been a bad thing, but hopefully this time around it'll work in your favor
@akoros thanks friend ❤ I appreciate your words. I like to hear good positive stories like that. You are correct though just because statistics say one thing doesnt mean it will happen. Im trying to stay positive and hopeful that this was meant to be and it will work out this time! Im going to prove those statistics wrong damit lol
@mindyb2019 Congrats!!!!! Awesome surprise!! Also I didn't realize your surgery was a LEEP - I had one a few years ago and had a healthy pregnancy about a year afterwards (I know the circumstances are very different given you are still healing) but if you want to chat about it at all just let me know! Hoping you defy the odds!
I cannot believe how many crazy unicorns we have had graduate in the last few weeks! Last cycle before IVF, terrible linings and now this after surgery! There is something in the water right now and I am so thrilled for all the IF and AL grads!

@mindyb2019 Oh Dear Jesus! I can't believe it! I thought you were totally out this cycle because of the surgery. I really really really really really HOPE that this is your 🌈🦄. Like others have said, we've had a slew of DRAMATIC TTPG Grads in the past month, and hopefully you'll stay a Grad this time! Literally everything in my body is crossed for you.
@mindyb2019 holy sheet!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! I have everything crossed for you for a healthy, sticky baby and a quickly healing cervix. Take it one day at a time!! This is wonderful news- hoping 3rd time is a charm for you!!! FX for positive, good updates. The June 2021 BMB is amazing with all these recent grads!! And you've also put the seed in my head to get a TTC reading so thanks for that!! Lol. Yay so happy for you!! 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈

Re: TTGP Grad Announcements w/o 10/5
How many months/cycles had you been TTC? 2/2 AL #2 but on and off for one year.
How long have you been an active participant on the TTGP board? (minimum: 3 full months) Aug 2019-Oct 2020. I did leave twice in the middle of that to BMB’s for a bit and came back right away after my 2 losses.
What did your chart look like?
What were you doing TGKU? HIO, BBT, PNV, OPKS, CB fertility monitor. I also contacted a fertility/baby psychic in August for shits and giggles.
