@lavenderclouds glad we got it right enough for you 😂 I would just really emphasise the correct pronunciation when you introduce her to family members so you don't have to live with them saying it wrong your whole life

Now that we know we’re having a girl our top girl name has always been Lyra.
I’m super bummed that Ed Sheeran just named his daughter that though. Still thinking about middle names and will continue to evaluate the popularity of that name until she’s here. I really didn’t want something “trendy” so if it starts to get much more common may need to consider other options!
@krisspy22 That's so pretty! And frustrating re: Ed Sheeran! I hope it doesn't become trendy. I've had thoughts that Gigi Hadid or someone will steal our name (pretty unlikely I think) and it will look like we copied them even though the name has a family background for us! It would be great if celebrities didn't even publicize their baby names to avoid stuff like this haha.
@krisspy22 We are also strongly considering Ruth for a Hebrew name (L and S are already accounted for first and middle names; one for each of our grandmothers).
