WAYDTGKU: OPKs, tracking CM, HIO, FF, PNV, BBT, CB fertility monitor.

R/R: I had a bad day on Tues. I left work early to go to my OBs office. Got my surgery date and I was a bit emotional about it. I was driving home from the appt and got pulled over by the police. Stupid dick cop gave me a ticket for $368 bucks 😳. I was F-ing pissed!!! 😡🤬 That just ruined my whole entire day, well week actually. Would have been nice if he was at least hot to look at 😆 I have a busy day today. It’s our 19th year anniversary for my work building so we have a big anniversary party for all the residents at the care home. We have cake, entertainment and champagne today so that will be fun!

  • @mindyb2019 ugh I'm sorry, that is the worst! Those things always seem to happen when you're already having a bad day lol I hope your day today is better! That work party sounds like fun!

    Month/Cycle: 4/4

    CD: 17

WAYDTGKU: OPKs, tracking CM, HIO EOD

R/R: Ugh this WTO period this cycle is dragging! Still no positive OPK but I have lots of EWCM still, so I'm remaining optimistic, but not very patient ;)

CS/Q: For those that use OPKs, do you start testing twice daily when you know O is coming up? I use the CB OPK (not the digital one) and I've always just used FMU and tested once daily and caught my surge. But I'm starting to worry that maybe I missed my surge this time bc this is late in my cycle for me.

  • @lauren_0620 I start testing twice a day around CD15 (I have O’s on CD19 every cycle). I’ll start three times a day on CD17. Back to 1 24 hours after my peak.

    WAYDTGKU: learning my cycle again

    R/R:

Ugh...was doing the math of an if/when we got pregnant and how insurance would hit under our new plan. I know there is never a perfect time and I would be happy whenever it happened, but with the racket that our insurance is in this country, depending on if/when we had another baby, we could end up paying $7,000 for birth (high deductible plan) and then our deductible would reset within a month or two...so meaning we would be on the hook for up to another $7k in the first year of life for any services outside of wellness checks. That's after paying $400 a month for just me and a dependent in premiums alone.

I just wish that the US would get its act together on health care....it's absurd how much it can cost just to give birth.

    CS/Q:

  • lauren_0620 I use the cheap wondfo brand of OPK. So they are like 5 cents a piece. I pee on them with FMU and then late afternoon to track O.
  • @bmo88 I'm sorry you would have to pay all that. Thats alot! I'm Canadian so everything is covered for us. I always feel so bad for you ladies living in the U.S. and the lack of healthcare you guys get. :(

@lauren_0620 im sorry this cycle is dragging on for you. I hope you get your positive OPK soon. I use the digital CB opks and I have only ever tested once every morning until I get my peak OPK. It's never been a problem for me to catch my surge that way. GL
  • @mindyb2019 I hope your day today made up for a shitty day on Tuesday. 🤗
@mrsdaggett no advice. I just had DH take a men’s multivitamin, but we’ve never had an SA done.
@bmo88 YIKES! Our insurance resets in July so if we were successful this cycle. We’d be in the same boat, except our deductible is only $2,500 for me and $2,500 for all dependents.

    Month/Cycle: 4/4

    CD: 15

WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs, CM, CP, all the vitamins, HIO EOD

R/R: the flooring guy is moving SUPER slow. He’s doing a great job, but the speed is getting a bit annoying. I seriously LOVE it though and I’m so happy we made the decision to do it! Another update in the spoilers. School has been absolutely draining. I’m exhausted all the time. This year is so much more mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting.

CS/Q: still waiting for that pre-o temp dip........

  • chindimples04 Ours resets in August. So I was looking again at our November TTC date. It's not looking so ideal now. Probably need to bump it back a month. Not a huge deal...but I hate insurance.
  • *lurking*

@mrsdaggett MH has low count/motility and he started taking the following supplements: Ubiquinol 200mg, Selenium 200mcg, Methyl Folate (800mcg), Zinc 30mg, L-Carnitine 1000mg. Keep in mind that it takes 90-108 days for sperm to mature, so YH will need to take those supplements for at least 3 months before you can expect to see results (that's a trap I've fallen into myself.)

@mindyb2019 I didn't know you were from Canada! I'm Canadian living in California atm. I haven't been stalking WTO but... have you decided to go forward with your surgery now before you TTC?
