Sooo thankful this week that the nausea has pretty much subsided! Still exhausted all the time and having some uncomfortable GI symptoms, but actually having somewhat of a normal appetite back has been life changing! Also thankful for my DH who gives me foot rubs
Big picture thoughts: I'm really thankful for this community to be able to vent and share little odds and ends and really thankful to be pregnant and be in good health, I definitely don't take that for granted!!
Thankful that my first appointment is tomorrow!! I need some confirmation and peace of mind. I'm also super thankful that preschool/mdo started today. Only our oldest is currently going, but hey, down to 2 kids instead of 3 was really nice today (except for #2 was totally relying on me as a playmate since big sis was gone, ha!). I'm also thankful my MIL is taking all 3 for an hour this afternoon while I have an important work call. A few days ago I had to just wing it during a call and so turned on Frozen II in our theater, brought in a bunch of toys, and just shut the door and told the bigs to watch out for the baby for an hour!!
I’m thankful for cooler weather. It was 109 a few days ago and today it only got to 73. The smoke is crazy but the positive is that living in the dark has blocked the sun.
I’m thankful for the weather lately. It’s not been as harsh as other places, but I’m so enjoying the low 70s on the daily lately. It makes all the uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms more tolerable when it’s not sweltering outside.
It’s Saturday but I’m thankful for my ex’s mom! She’s a life saver and her and I are close and she does more for my kids than my ex.
That being said. My bonus kids are with their mom, and my two are with their Nani. So SO and I had all night to ourselves, went to mexican brunch this morning, came home to a three hour nap and are free until his moms birthday party tomorrow!!
