7w1d OMG, the nausea. Hungry and nothing sounds good. Still some spotting. Very much looking forward to my first appointment on Tuesday. Craving food and also aversion to food. I actually don't like the 4th of July. Too many idiots setting off their own fireworks and keeping me awake all night. Looking forward to creating new traditions as the kids get older.
@cmoon3 I swear weeks 8-15 are the worst for me with the nausea. Fruit has been my saving grace the past two weeks.
How far along are you? 8+6 ((DD 1 February))
Symptoms? Nausea. Lightheaded. Tired. So. Very. Tired. Sore boobs but for some reason the right one is bugging me more. 😝 Did I mention tired?
Concerns? Not yet.
Cravings/aversions? The nausea usually means that only one thing sounds good to eat. Ha. Mostly food aversions. I’m not happy that I can’t stomach coffee well right now, but to add insult to injury, cheese does not agree with me either and I LOVE CHEESE. Pregnancy is weird.
What is your favorite 4th of July tradition? I guess I don’t really have one? I expect as our littles get bigger sparklers and firecrackers will be a fixture especially with little boys. The biggest thing about the Fourth for us is that MH usually has a few days off and we can do something special together as a family. I think I’d like for us to make a tradition out of going camping every Fourth.
Symptoms? Exhausted. Completely exhausted. And my body hurts if I sleep a normal amount. Caffeine headaches since I switched to decaf. Food aversions and lots of random cravings.
Concerns? None yet
Cravings/aversions? Lots of sweet cravings, ice cream, chocolate, peanut butter- this morning I HAD to have a cinnamon roll. Aversions- really heavy and rich food, meat, eggs
What is your favorite 4th of July tradition? I always loved that my dad grilled and we would do sparklers and stuff growing up. I’m excited that this year we are going to be up there visiting on the 4th so hopefully we’ll do some of that.
@mdfarmchick Thanks for the suggestions! I've noticed that apples stay down well. I'll be sure to add some peanut butter. I'm also trying to focus on yogurt. Can you try that if cheese is a no go?
How far along are you? 9w today! Symptoms? Exhausted and nauseated, but at least no actual puke yet? Concerns? Just the normal AMA/PGAL anxieties.... Cravings/aversions? I'm putting peanut butter on everything... including oreos. I love very cold apples and melted cheese these days. Meat is horrifying to me rn! What is your favorite 4th of July tradition? Don't really have one. I like to make a sheet cake with whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries in the shape of the flag, but mostly because it's just delicious.
Rainbow Baby? {2.1.21} MC at 8 weeks {EDD 9.2.20} Rainbow Girl! {2.28.16} Baby boy, lost at 16 weeks {EDD 6.10.15}
How far along are you? 7+4 Symptoms? Nauseated in mornings, sudden blood sugar drops (won't realize I'm hungry til too late), boobs are tender and nips are obscene Concerns? I have a very small hernia in my belly button (from previous pregnancy). I'm slightly terrified that my body will rip open at some point. Cravings/aversions? My husband reheated some chicken the other day and i wanted to run from the house immediately, so apparently thats an aversion. Red meat has been a craving. And strangely (because i didn't eat this before) plain yougurt. What is your favorite 4th of July tradition? We have a small parade in town where kids decorate their bikes with streamers and there's a little party at the end of the route. That was fun - but definitely not happening this year.
Symptoms? So nauseous all day, so constipated, so exhausted.
Concerns? I’d really like to confirm there’s only one in there 😀.
Cravings/aversions? Aversions to heavy tomato based dishes (salsa, gazpacho) and chicken. Craving anything bland, carbs and salty.
What is your favorite 4th of July tradition? We usually watch fireworks from our rooftop deck, but they are cancelled this year. I’ll work and then will probably spend the rest of the day asleep or trying to not be nauseous.
Symptoms? Some nausea, food aversions, super tired and my dumb restless legs are back in full force
Concerns? None
Cravings/aversions? I want an Oreo blizzard. Nothing really sounds good but I am enjoying being able to still drink coffee
What is your favorite 4th of July tradition? I loved going to the beach with my family when I was young and shooting off fireworks. My kids are a little young to start that so we will probably just do a pool day.

@adorebel that cake does sound delicious
@shlecks I feel you on the tired. I can’t decide if my headaches are hormonal or caffeine withdrawal.
6+2
Symptoms?
Slightly sore boobs sometimes. A little tired.
Concerns?
Really wish I had more symptoms, especially nausea since it's a sign of a healthy pregnancy.
Cravings/aversions?
Nothing! Again, I wish.
What is your favorite 4th of July tradition?
Watching a big magical fireworks show sitting next to someone I love.
Sending warm wishes to everyone.
