R/R: I started the threads yesterday but never ended up posting. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and couldn’t seem to put together a non-whiny post. I was still feeling kind of cranky today so I went out and got a Frappuccino as a pick me up. It definitely helped! Nothing specific is wrong, just busy with work and annoyed about some things happening there. And, you know, annoyed about not being pregnant. The good news is that it’s hump day so getting close to the weekend!

WAYDTGKU: FET on Sunday
R/R: Work has been crazy busy, I'm ready for the weekend already! I finished a summer reading book on Monday, and am halfway through my next one. I think I made a solid life choice making most of my summer reading be mysteries/thrillers. I also am reading an "inspirational" book on Kindle, and that's weirdly been helping me.
I've also got to figure out what my next exercise plan is - I've finished 21 Day Fix Extreme, and I've already done the regular 21 Day Fix twice now throughout quarantine. I want to keep up my fitness, but am going to need to drop down a bit on Sunday at least. I've got to switch back to my morning workouts, I always feel so much better doing those. Running is a given for me, so cardio is not a worry, I just want to keep up strength training, and I do better with a plan/program. MH has already put the kibosh on me starting 80 Day Obsession right now, so maybe I just do a second round of 21 Day Fix Extreme or a third round of 21 Day Fix?

@mvt2003 mystery/thriller books are my go-to. It’s gotten to the point where DH is getting concerned that I’m learning how to hide a body 😂

WAYDTGKU: PNVs, OPKs, temping, tracking CM, progesterone after O
R/R: Oh my goodness I have missed you ladies these past couple days! To say I have been slammed at work is an understatement. I was asked to be on a committee that basically took up my entire Monday and set me back for the rest of the week. So now today I am catching up on all the videos I should have recorded for my students on Monday. This should be the last crazy week of the school year, so that makes it a lot easier to get through.
CS/Q: OPKs are getting darker, but my temps are yoyo-ing with the weather right now ugh so annoying.
@bows22 I'm glad the frap boosted your mood! My general annoyance is being taken out on MH which is not good so I should probably go get a frap.
@mvt2003 SUNDAY! AH! It's getting so close! For workout plans, I followed the Body Boss method for awhile and I should get back into it. It's a 6 week program with all body weight HIIT 20 ish minute workouts alternated with cardio days and rest days. It slowly builds up in intensity and difficulty but never super difficult. I paid for the online and book access which I think was like $60 but I like that I can just circle back to the book at any time.
@runningoncookies GL with your last crazy week! I hope you can enjoy some well deserved rest for the summer then!

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, OPK's, PNV, drinking water, drinking less alcohol
R/R: rant - I really need to buckle down on my healthy habits. I need to actually take my PNV every day. It's hard because I don't believe that those things will actually help me GET pregnant. I mean there might be some evidence that they do (feel free to share if you have anything handy) but I don't really think they are the reason I'm not getting pregnant. I am also just in a really blah mood.

Dec 2020: Letrozole + TI - BFP!!! EDD 9/18
@bows22 and everyone else I'm also in the annoyed about not being KU club. I am so not looking forward to FW and the whole rollercoaster again this cycle. Sugar is my go to to pull myself out of this funk which has not been great in the long run but is so great in the short run lol. Glad the Frap helped!!
@mvt2003 I just started the Beachbody Barre videos last night. I think they're 5x/week for 8 weeks? I can't/won't run in the heat/humidity so this time of year I usually walk and do BB. I started doing some short jump rope YouTube videos too. I like the jump rope bc it's pretty low impact but keep having the thought in the corner of my mind that jumping up and down is bad for the baby juice 🙄🤣 I feel like a personified old wives tale
@runnningoncookies I have a hard time with feeling bitter too, and MH doesn't get it. Also my last crazy week! Hope you make it through ok, we're sooo close. Is your committee going to keep working over the summer?
@krash_ I don't have any evidence those things help getting pregnant but I'm right there with you for healthy habits. I need to really clean up my diet and make sure I'm drinking enough water. Also really not looking forward to another FW coming up. Hope your blah mood clears up. It's so hard to remain optimistic every cycle/all cycle.

WAYDTGKU: restocking opks for this cycle. BBT, PNV, exercising, trying to eat better, little/no caffeine, no alcohol (except the wine I drank on cd-1 when I knew AF was coming).
R/R: also in an annoyed mood. Thinking about calling my Dr to see if they'll start doing BW for me. MH isn't ready yet but Im feeling like we're just spinning our wheels getting nowhere. I haven't had my thyroid checked in a year now (medicated hypothyroidism) so I'm due for bloodwork anyway, just thinking maybe I'll ask my OB to run it instead of my GP.
IDK if I have delayed PMS or what but I'm so crabby at MH right now. Trying to keep myself in check since I think it's just me being annoyed and the fact that neither of us can go hang out with other people really. I have a cat-like personality and MH is dog-like, so sometimes I just want to retreat in my little corner while he's just jumping around all happy and chatty. I just don't get how one person has so many things they want/need to say in a day 😂 I think I could be perfectly content saying like 50 words a day and if he had that challenge he wouldn't making 10 minutes without exploding 😂 I always feel bad when I get like this bc I'm really just getting annoyed that MH wants to talk to me and I realize the alternative is worse but dang it I just need some cat time lol. I feel like such a brat writing that all out. Any other introverts married to extroverts?? How are you making it through all this time together?
CS/Q: nothing to see yet
@mvt2003 join the TB yoga club? Lol something a little less intense
@runningoncookies kids here have their last week this week. So weird to think the school year is over already. I still feel like we're stuck back in March.
@krash_ it may help to have an alarm on your phone for a particular time of day to hold yourself accountable taking PNV. Back when I was on BC DH had recorded his own little reminder for me to the tune of one of the jingles on my phone. The words were "take your pill take your pill take your pill". I missed that little tune so much when I switched from an LG phone to a Samsung phone.
@_orchid_ I really feel you even though I'm also an introvert. I do have some extroversion like getting very excited to get together with people and can be a chatty cathy, but I very much cherish my time at home just DH and I

@krash_ that's exactly it, I need my decompress time. He literally followed me today when I went to brush my hair to show me a video of some random thing he saw online. He literally tells me EVERYTHING. A couple weeks ago I was talking to a couple friend and said something about her H going fishing the upcoming weekend and she had no idea. MH had talked to her H about it so he told me. She was like "oh, well we're both working from home and do don't really get to catch up until later in the week" and I was like "HOW MINE DOESN'T STOP TALKING" LOLL it's funny I'm just cranky today
@inthewoods23 Im glad you’re power is back!!

@inthewoods23 I'm jealous! We're going through the heat wave and have had the air on all week- I miss the 60s/70s!
@mvt2003 there’s probably something to be said for doing a program you are already familiar with where you might have to scale it back?
@runningoncookies I’m so with you on thinking pregnant people are the worst when they’ve done nothing wrong 😂. Congrats on being on the downward slope to the end of the school year!
@krash_ I had a spell like that where I never remembered to take my vitamin. I did the phone alarm suggestion that inthewoods23 made (i have issues when I tag someone in a paragraph) until it became a habit again. I agree with you, i don’t think it’s going to help me get pregnant. But I think it’s better if you have been taking it for 3 months or something before you get pregnant. I don’t remember if I heard that from a legit source or not.
