Bleeding-6 weeks

Okay I’ve been bleeding since yesterday, more than spotting but not a whole period. Went to the doctor and they did an ultrasound and said the baby and yolk sack are in place and everything looks normal but it’s too early for a heartbeat to be seen. I have a follow up ultrasound in a week but I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, I have also been cramping pretty bad for 3-4 days.

    The only time I had bleeding with cramping, I was starting through a miscarriage. Hopefully this isn’t the case for you. Sorry you’re in limbo, it’s the worst! Waiting it out is all you can do. Sorry 😐

    Some people bleed during early pregnancy.  Doctor said things look ok for now, try and think positive,  as it can be scary.  Best wishes at your next appt.

    I have had bleeding with cramping during my pregnancies, and it did not lead to miscarriage.  Bleeding can be relatively common.  I always have horrible cramps the first few weeks of pregnancy.
