Upcoming Appointments: Anatomy Scan on June 18
Rant/Rave: We went to the beachbfor the day Saturday and I was soooooo happy! Everyone was super respectful of others distance and we had a blast. My DS and DHcaught waves all day and DD tried her hardest to go out as far as big bro because she is a “brave girl.” 🤣💜 It was wonderful. DH and I are going back for our 11 year anniversary this upcoming weekend! 🥳🌊🥰💜
GTKY: Have you ever met a celebrity? If so, who and how? If not, who would you most like to meet and why? I met Nicholas Sparks! (Author) and Will Friedle (Eric from Boy Meets World) did our gender reveal announcement! So we didnt meet him technically, but he did send me a private message and I tried so hard not to fan girl out. 😂
Week of pregnancy: 16 weeks tomorrow! Baby is the size of a Nutella jar today apparently 😂
Upcoming Appointments: I just finished the second blood draw for my sequential screening. They’ll call me in 7-10 days to confirm things still look great! Anatomy scan 6/24! CANNOT WAIT!
Rant/Rave: I’m back up to full time hours at my job! It’s still 90% teletherapy, but I like the reassurance of a full paycheck! I’m definitely exhausted at the end of the day though; also, I can’t stand screens after work, hence my spotty presence on here. Sorry guys!
GTKY: Have you ever met a celebrity? If so, who and how? If not, who would you most like to meet and why? I don’t think I’ve ever met a celebrity...and I should probably remember if I had! 😅 I don’t know that I have a celebrity who I really want to meet. Anyone would be cool I guess?

Rant/Rave: It’s been really rainy here and all the plants are just exploding. It’s really beautiful.
GTKY: Have you ever met a celebrity? If so, who and how? If not, who would you most like to meet and why?: I met Chris Pratt on the day I graduated from high school. I had some time to kill so I left the auditorium for a walk downtown and there he was, signing autographs. He was super excited when I told him I was graduating in a couple of hours, and wrote “Good luck with your future” on the autograph.
@1MommyRunner I’m so glad you made it to the beach! I’ve been hoping to go, but worry about people getting too close. I believe we’re both in the Carolinas, so if you don’t mind my asking, where do you go? I like Sullivan’s Island and Kure. Haven’t been to Myrtle, I suspect it isn’t my scene.

@csardaszz yes! Yay for Carolina girls! 🥰 We love Oak Island! It’s a quaint little beach town. We also love Hatteras Island and Ocracoke Island! We got married on Hatteras and love visiting, the trip is just really long. I have been to Myrtle and loved it when I was younger, but it has gotten way too touristy and just dangerous lately!

Rant/Rave: I don't know if this is a rant exactly, but I live on an acerage and a neighbourhood cat had kittens in our pasture this April. DH said we had to get rid of them (we already have 6 farm cats and one inside cat), so I posted the kittens on FB last night and they're all spoken for already! Five have already gone to their new homes and I was not ready for them to go yet!!!!!! I already miss mjy kitten breaks while working from home! 😭 On the Rave side... Finally starting to show!!
GTKY: Have you ever met a celebrity? If so, who and how? If not, who would you most like to meet and why? Not really. I was living in London for a while and randomly walked through the red carpet for some movie that had Sigourney Weaver in it... But that was the closest I've ever been!

Rant/Rave: Rave- We just got our BBQ pork rub packaged to sell. It will be for sale in our local seasoning store this weekend! YAY! DH has worked his but off to finally get to this point.
GTKY: Have you ever met a celebrity? If so, who and how? I met Jerry Lewis the comedian. We went to go see his Broadway show Damn Yankees and were waiting by the back entrance to talk to one of my Dads old friends that was also in the show and Mr. Lewis came through the door and said hello.
When I was in college I waited on country singers, Ray Wiley Hubbard and Aaron Watson ( separate times). I wasn’t quite sure who I was waiting on with RWH, but I knew he was someone, he looked rough and homeless and had a clean cut preteen boy with him. When I got his card to pay I recognized the name!
