@ktholysz thanks for looking into this!! I think august did the same and they had some trouble getting it started but hopefully it’s not too bad. I agree we should allow in regulars and have a participation req of some sort for others. I don’t think we should have a strict cut off time though (for the PG) to give people more time to participate. However for FB I think it should be more strict since we have a lot of personal info on there. However do we still think we should have some sort of verification thing for the private group? Or save that for FB? Like post a pic with your bump/SN/date/specific item? lets also create a thread once it’s up so people know it’s a thing since idk how many will read these randoms.
@greyl I think it would be fine to have to verify that we are actual pregnant mothers joining the private group since as some of us shared we’d be more comfortable sharing pics of our babies on such a group! I would post a pic of me/my bump as well as my baby on a private group but I’m careful not to post any pictures on the wide open internet! What is SN? Haha

Okay so I haven’t made great progress on the group. Support replied to my email and said “try from your desktop to create a group” I don’t see a button to do that at all on the app or browser version. So I looked back and May 2020 said “go to community then click on groups and there is a button to create new group” I don’t see that button on mine at all. Can anyone check and see if they have that button?
Ugh the bump is not making this easy 😂 I clicked the link and clicked join group and it made me answer why I want to join the group and when I clicked ok it said it’s a duplicate entry. 🤦🏻♀️ I’ll try from my computer another day I’m too tired and lazy to get my computer out right now haha
Okay just figured out that you have to click her invite link while using a desktop/laptop browser. Then you will be taken to the group and click on join!
Ok it worked for me once I did request desktop site (on mobile, or just use a desktop). I clicked the link from the message and then there was a list of groups and next to that one it said “join” and “decline”. Clicked join and it brought me in. I had to be on the desktop site to see it.
I had the best luck doing it from my desktop verses the web browser on my phone. I’m sorry this is such a pain. They really need to make this more user friendly!
I may have screwed up some of the invitations lol. I was adding names pretty fast and it kept giving me the "error-spam" message. I just checked my inbox and there's definitely a few that, although they're showing up on the list for the group, are not showing as that I sent a message to them. I'll go through and try to fix that

I wanted a waffle so H Let me order ihop and I gave him my phone to order his and before he submitted it he deleted MY BACON because he thought he pressed it by mistake. I’m more upset than I should be lol
I would be interested in joining a private bump group. I would hope there would be a screening process though. My last group, May 2019, we had to take a bump photo holding a piece of paper with our bump name on it and the date.
ETA: once we joined we had two weeks to upload the photo, mods sent private messages to anyone who hadn’t done it asking it to be done immediately or they would be removed from the group. Before removal there was a post about who was being removed and why.

I was just reading the anatomy scan thread and got a little bummed that I still have another whole month left till mine! 😞
I’m at the end of the month due date wise so I would be one of the last to have theirs anyways but then because of the office limiting the number of patients at a time due to Covid the earliest they could get me in was at 23 weeks. June 3rd is so far away! But I do have a prenatal appt in two weeks where I will get a peak at them both. Just want to know if they are both healthy.

I finally heard from someone about my EI (unemployment). Since I applied a month after I stopped working, and I was on and off sick at that time, I guessed at my last day, and what I reported was apparently 5 days after my actual last work day. So they were waiting for a report for those 5 days (which doesn't exist). The person who I talked to couldn't change it so they bumped it up the ladder and it should get dealt with in the next couple of days so I can hopefully start getting paid next week, including back time.

@greyl I would be so upset if I didn’t get my bacon. I few weeks back I ordered hello bistro for a salad but got fries with it because fries on salad is delicious. They forgot the fries and I cried. It was a culmination of things, but no fries was the kicker.
To be in the PG do you have to always be on desktop or just to get in? My desktop is not good to have to use it every time.

Earlier I was laying down in bed on my back and the cat jumped right on top of my bump and used it as a springboard to get to the other side of the bed. I was stupidly worried about Scarlett because even though he's not that heavy, what if he broke a bone, etc. She seemed to shift and get a bit active after it happened and she's moving around bunches right now since I've eaten, but do any of you think I should worry about it?
@itsmehere1212 it’s so frustrating when your order gets messed up! I did chick fil a drive thru the other day and said I wanted their honey roasted bbq sauce and when I got home there wasn’t any in the bag. I was so disappointed.
@raesky1111 they are pretty well protected in there and I’m sure she is fine. My kiddos have bonked my belly pretty good before.
