Shortness of breath heck yeah! Plus still the back pain and round ligament pain. Anyone else not able to cross their legs normally anymore? His head is so low I feel like a man when i sit
I get so out of breath easily as well. Walking my dog up a small hill I get so winded. Or if I walk to the second floor from the basement.
Anyone else experiencing carpal tunnel? I think someone may have mentioned it a while ago. My hands get numb, particularly my right, throughout the day randomly... then always "fall asleep" at night prompting me to wake up. Because I need another ailment waking me up?!

@ziggymama06 sleeping propped up might help with the carpal tunnel. Or there are wrist braces that I’ve heard some people wear? Sorry, I’ve had that wake me up when I lay on my arms in a strange way and that’s so uncomfortable!!
I’m waking up to pee a million times all of a sudden. Last night between 9:30 and midnight I must have made 5 trips to the bathroom. Baby must have moved herself right onto my bladder 😑
I wore wrist braces to sleep with my first pregnancy @ziggymama06 just basic ones from Amazon will work fine. When I went to the Ortho about my heel pain, he recommended the exact same. I can't say it helped 100% but much improved, and went away completely after delivery.
ziggymama06 I've had carpal tunnel for years, but recently it's come back from time to time. I sleep with my brace on when it gets bad. Currently it's my right wrist that hurts the worst, but I can see myself buying a brace for my left one as well at some point.

@ziggymama06 I developed it during my first pregnancy, I occasionally got flare ups of pain still before this pregnancy even started.. a lot of times I noticed it around my period. I deff had some pain flares in early pregnancy and I'm being very mindful this pregnancy to take care of my wrist but the past couple of nights I've felt it and I just pulled out my wrist brace again so I'm ready for when I need it. A basic brace will be fine though and I highly recommend it.
I'm pretty sure this baby is still feet down because most of my movement is very very very low, but it's getting strong. I still make the mistake of sitting with my feet under me from time to time and my legs fall completely asleep and then I need DH to help me get up. Also wearing ANYTHING across my belly is making me uncomfortable. I caved today and ordered some maternity underwear and some designed for c-section recovery since I know that's coming.. also 3 new cute maternity/nursing night gowns since I'm at the point where I just can't with pants in bed anymore. Honestly as soon as our kid goes to bed I'm not wearing pants anymore and if I am they have to be hiked over my belly just under my chest.
Last symptom bitch here, I've been waking up with headaches every morning this past week.. and they typically go away not long after I drink a big glass of water. Am I dehydrating overnight? I've always got a cup of water by me during the day and I pee constantly so I know I'm super hydrated, is it possible that I need to push more? This morning I checked my blood pressure concerned that it was Pre-E starting to rear her ugly head but my numbers were good. The only headaches I ever had with DD were migraines and they felt completely different and there was NOTHING I could do for them... so I'm glad this goes away with a cool glass of water but it's still annoying and unsettling.
@tara4910@BusinessWife@blackgirlmagic@RedBaramid Thanks so much girls. I just ordered a basic wrist brace which is scheduled to come in a few days. I'm still working FT and think that is contributing to it.
@RedBaramid Do you drink any water overnight? I bring a glass of water to bed with me as I wake up thirsty. I usually take a gulp or two every time I wake up to pee... which is likely causing me to wake up more, but oh well... just always thirsty.

I've been so hot lately. It's not even very hot here yet, but I have the windows open a lot to let cool air in.
Ugh, and my face is feeling awful today. My skin is way worse this pregnancy. If those old wives tales are true, I must be having triplet girls because my skin stayed the same or slightly improved with D1 and D2. And it doesn't help I waxed my face today. I do it every two or three months to get rid of the peach fuzz. I used a different brand than normal (the at-home strips), and my skin feels so raw and itchy. I usually do it at night right before bed, so maybe that's part of it. The worst usually might be while I'm sleeping.
@RedBaramid I have a 16 oz cup of water that I bring to bed with me every night. Every time I get up to go to the bathroom I'm so thirsty that I take a sip before I get back in bed. It's an evil cycle. But I still wake up so thirsty. But you may just be one of those people that need more water than the average pregnant women.
I'm team letting my kids see me naked. My husband won't be naked around my daughter after he caught her staring at his penis when she was younger. It was pretty funny. He'll walk around in his boxers though. The human body is a beautiful thing, but I know I won't do it forever.

@RedBaramid I take a bottle of water to bed every night. I drink water all day but overnight still get dehydrated to the point it wakes me up. I have had nights where I just could not go back to sleep I was so dehydrated feeling so I would start chugging water to rehydrate so I could go back to sleep. It doesnt help when I eat a snack before bed but not enough water to wash it down which will dehydrate me pretty fast overnight. I have learned keeping water next to my bed is just a necessity.
This morning I knocked over my half-full glass of water as I was shutting off my alarm. Thankfully MH was up already and got a towel and cleaned it for me. I only woke up twice last night so didn't drink much... I needed the sleep as I barely slept the night before.

I have been making a point to super hydrate today and so far it's been great!
I'm usually pretty decent in the 80-96 range, but today I made a point to get that much in EARLY. So I'm probably around where I normally am at the end of the day, close to noon. Also increasing my fiber intake, and started taking dates (perhaps instead of other refined carbs.) Not sure if it will make much difference, but but so far I don't have a headache starting like I usually do, so I'll take it!
@coldlife2 Same to both of the things you mentioned! I am always hot and opening windows. This happened to me with my last pregnancy but that one was during the winter so we were always fighting over the thermostat. Luckily I can open windows and no one seems to mind right now.
My skin has also been bad. I am breaking out a lot.
@coldlife2 I have definitely turned into my own heater over here. It hasn't even been that hot here either. My SO keeps complaining he's cold. I told him to wait for summer, I'm going to be cranking the AC. Also, if your face is still bugging you from the waxing, use some aloe. It'll help sooth your skin.
I’m hungrier than normal and craving all the sweets. I’m sure part of that is just wanting comfort food while stuck in the house and feeling stressed/uneasy. I also feel HUGE compared to my bump with my first pregnancy. Other than that, I’m doing ok! Insomnia has gotten much better, and I nap when DD naps, so that helps with my fatigue.
