How are you feeling? Pretty good overall, this last week I've been super tired again which has put me off my eating/drinking routine so makes me a little sick but getting back on track I think.
Raves/Rants: Raves- I can feel baby move pretty regularly now, and it's predictable after eating/drinking/moving lots. Rant or rave ha - been having the craziest moods lately, I'm either mad about everything or can't stop laughing it seems.
Questions: I haven't noticed anything different with my hair yet, but anyone else having to cut their nails every few days?! Can't keep up with how fast they're growing!
GTKY: what’s your favorite zoo/aquarium animal to visit? Dolphins have always been my favorite, when I was little I wanted to be a dolphin trainer when I got big! They're so graceful and fun loving.
@readytobemama I usually never have to cut mine because at work my hands get pretty roughed up. And when they’re more brittle they just break. But now I have to cut them, It also helps that I haven’t been doing dishes as much at work which really kills my hands,
Team Finding Out/Pink/Blue/Green: Finding out -This week!
Baby is the size of a(n): Mango
Upcoming appointments: AS on Thursday!
How are you feeling? Way larger than I did with DD at this point.
Raves/Rants: A little sad that DH can't be at AS with me this week - but excited to find out the sex!
Questions: NA
GTKY: what’s your favorite zoo/aquarium animal to visit? So I'm going to be the debbie downer animal rights voice that does not like visiting zoos or aquariums. The only ones I like to attend are true rescue and release rehab facilities. I've been to some that take in circus animals etc that I can appreciate. I have LOVED seeing Humpback Whales, Dolphins, Stingrays and more in their natural habitats in the ocean.
@balletnerd while I definitely feel you on the animal rights (so hardcore!!) I feel like zoos at least do contribute to conservation efforts (not as sure about aquariums), whereas my child will never step foot inside of a place like Sea world. Still, if only I lived close enough to rescue/release places to visit frequently!
@ktholysz calling today to see if they will allow me to FaceTime him, if not I think I might just have them write down gender so we can find out together. But then I do want to find a cute way to announce online!
@raesky1111 definitely agree, some zoos are much better than others. I have to do research on each place I go in regards to their ethics etc before I will attend.
@balletnerd I agree on being particular about which zoos/aquariums I attend. I will only go to AZA accredited locations. Can't wait to hear how your ultrasounds goes!
