@sjomomma I've been noticing some reflux as well! It's normally after I eat some sort of spicy food or dairy. It's quite uncomfortable, especially if it lasts into going to bed. I've taken to propping myself up a little more in bed and that helps. I *fortunately* fall asleep really easily and only wake to pee, so it hasn't been keeping me up.

I've decided that dairy is giving me some awful gas. I apologized way too many times to my husband last night since I had cereal for breakfast then homemade mac and cheese for dinner.  :s This is very unusual for me, btw. I am very lactose tolerant typically - LOVE milk, ice cream, (non-stinky) cheeses, etc.

So idk what to think. I had sore boobs and menstrual cramps (no ligament pulling sensation, but real menstrual cramps), and I got my BFP the day I was expecting AF. I was also very hungry in the past days, have been emotional and so far I haven’t had no spotting or bleeding whatsoever, and maybe a tiny increase in regular vaginal discharge, which is normal during pregnancy. I am 5w2d right now. My symptoms are almost gone and I feel pretty much normal, although I kinda feel maybe a little bit of pain in my breasts and I have to wonder if I am imagining it, if it’s my bra or true pregnancy symptoms. Given, when I had DD 3 years ago I only had sore boobs, I started to get increasingly tired during my first trimester (not the case right now at least), but other than that my pregnancy was PEACHY. I only vomited twice during the entire 40 weeks and other than feeling hungry or sleepy, I was completely fine. But I had a chemical pregnancy more than a year ago, where I started with sore boobs and then the symptoms simply stopped. I lasted 8 weeks pregnant; at the beginning the doctor thought it was an ectopic pregnancy but alas I did have a tiny sac and gestional pole, but no baby. So right now I am patiently waiting and honestly suffering a bit of sadness thinking “yeah, here we go again, most likely no baby”. It’s too early for an ultrasound so I am going to make an appointment once I hit the 6 week mark, assuming I will get an appointment once I am at least 8 weeks pregnant and a heart beat can be detected. I am ok if this baby isn’t viable, whatever should be, let it be. But it’s still a bit sad trying and hitting a wall again.

This is a lot like my story, even down to the way I feel. What will be, will be. Except I'm a week ahead of you and some of the breast soreness came back. No other real symptoms except the swollen belly which pops up to looking 3 months pregnant at 3 weeks ever since the second child. I too have that worry that we won't find a baby again, just a sac of void. I have to wait until April 9th to know for sure. I find myself morbidly wondering if I'll "make it to the appointment" and then guilting myself for thinking too negatively. I would like to either be at a point of happiness or "get it over with", and it's oddly comforting to know I'm not the only one thinking thusly.

Here's to good news for the both of us soon.
    Best,
    SWay
  • Man the nausea has really ramped up this week. I don’t remember ever feeling this sick with my other two pregnancies...MH joked that I’m getting old. 😂 As much as I hate what is going on right now, I am grateful that I am able to stay home and lay around while I feel this bad. I’m also grateful that MH has been home since Thursday to help with the kids and housework and to take care of me, he’s been awesome! Unfortunately he has to go back to work tonight, BOO. I’m thankful that he can still work right now and earn an income but I do wish he could stay home with me.
  • Working out was hard today, I felt like a grandma, my heart rate was going up so easily.
  • @kitkatz1990 I feel exactly the same. I am soo nauseaus all the time and I just realized today that my prenatals make me even more. I am grateful for working from home and having my boyfriend here as well to help out. Unfoetunately it prevents me from working out, but we do walk in the mornings for 40-50min so I get some movement.
Bloating and gases ramped up this past week along with food aversion/ loss apetite because of the nausea. 🤢
  • @pinky111220 do you them before bed? That helped my nausea

    Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
  • @crystalmir91385 No, I do them at lunch. Thanks for the tip ❤ I will try out having them before bed and see how it goes!

I am so nauseated right now. I want to eat something other than broth but the first bite of anything else makes me gag. I can’t even brush  my teeth without gagging. Mints help and I just ordered some Upspring nausea relief suckers. I’m so hungry but can’t eat anything. My first appointment is next week and I’m hoping I feel better by then because driving makes me sick now too. I’m also tired nonstop. My DH hates it because I go to bed right after I put DD down for the night. This morning I felt some relief for about half an hour. I’m hoping this starts to go away over the next week or so. I’m so thankful to be working from home right now so I can lay down if I need to. Still excited to finally be pregnant after 2 years of trying! I didn’t have any of this with DD so it’s all new to me but if it means another baby bring it on :)
  • @sciencewitch oh, I am sorry that you are also experiencing this, but thank you for your kind words. Best of luck to you too <3
