    Did you try google? There are literally hundreds of results if you google, "how to conceive a girl." But yea, they aren't very effective, and I wouldn't suggest getting your hopes up. And if you do them and you do wind up having a girl, it's important to remember you had a 50/50 shot at a girl anyway, and you might have had a girl if you hadn't done those things.
