Daddy's birth plan

DH and I have been talking about the birth and he's told me he would feel more comfortable if I were to write a list of what I expect from him during the birth. I have made since progress with it, but I was wondering if you could send me some suggestions to consider in case I miss the simple things. Thanks in advance

    Sorry, but birth plans go out the door very frequently.  

    The husbands job is to be there to support, encourage, do what you ask him to do. You can write down every "expectation" of him, but the day that you go onto labor you may not want to be touched, you might want to be touched.  You may want your back rub, you may not.  
    The only advice is to be flexible, expect to be frustrated and just do what is asked.
