@the6ixgirl I could’ve written that whole intro about myself, minus the Toronto part. Also 31, first time, due date oct 3 or 5th depending on how you calculate...sore boobs, and round ligament pain! Nice to meet you
Hi! My EDD is 10/8, I think. This is my 3rd pregnancy- we had a daughter who was stillborn in August 2014 (at 36w), and our son was born in September 2015. We’ve been trying for almost two years and were struggling with secondary infertility. We were about to do IVF after fertility testing showed DH had low sperm count. I found out at 3w5d- had some spotting two days prior and thought my period was starting- took a test to see why it hadn’t and was seriously shocked! Really anxious about loss, but our ultrasound at five weeks showed everything was on track- our RE will do ultrasounds weekly until 10 weeks then I’ll start seeing a regular OB.
Me: 29, DH: 29 TTC since: 2/13 Long, anovulatory cycles Began fertility testing 12/13 Ultrasound and bloodwork: Everything looks good (according to my ob/gyn) HSG: waiting to schedule SA: scheduled with RE for 1/6/14
Hi moms! I found out 1/31 I’m pregnant with #3, due 10/11. I was an active member of July 15 until they moved off the Bump, and some of those ladies are my closest friends now so I’m excited to be part of a new community!
I have a 4.5yo DD and my DS will be 2 in a few weeks. So excited to complete our family.
I work PT as a CPA (audit, public accounting), and when I’m not working you can find me planning our next disney trip or riding our peloton!
Hello! FTM here, this is my second pregnancy (early loss in Oct 2019), with a due date of October 18th based on LMP. Found out last week, and confirmed by my PCM this morning. Will be stopping by my OB's office this afternoon to set up my first prenatal ultrasound at 10 weeks. I'm 35 years old, in the military (almost 18 years) and MH is 39 and is a mechanical designer. I was active on the TTGP board since May 2019. I'm nervous but excited.
Me, too! I'm a huge Disney person. I've been to WDW ten times since 2011, and will be going again in a year. I also have two Disney pinup tattoos (Ariel and Belle) on my right arm.

Hey ladies! I've enjoyed reading through everyone's intros. I'm 36, and we live in NC. We just found out this past Wednesday that we are expecting baby #2. Our daughter is only 8 months old so this was quite a shock. I am not sure our exact due date as I had not had a regular period since our daughter was born and I've been on birth control...soooo... I am still wrapping my head around having 2 babies under 17-18 months. We have an appointment set for 2/25 for an ultrasound but my guess is we are about 4.5 weeks. I took a test last week because I had told my husband I had been feeling 'off' and then when my jeans felt a little tight and I had a rapid heart rate a couples times it dawned on me that maybe I should take a test?! Anyways... I have been feeling a little guilty about not being super excited yet as I feel that my daughter will miss out on the much deserved one-on-one attention I had so been looking forward to give her, especially being at such a young age. But I know once s/he arrives, they will probably end up being best friends. Just taking me a little bit of time to digest this. Looking forward to getting to know you all a little better!
@dolewhipper I was just about to post the same thing, we have our own Disney junkies club here!! We don’t have a trip on the books and my 2020 DVC points are already burning a hole in my pocket.
Hi! 35 year old STM. I just got bfp yesterday at 10dpo so it’s very early. EDD 10/23/20. I’ve had two previous losses so I’m excited but also very scared. I have a 3 year old, I’m in philly, and I graduate nursing school in May.
My EDD is 10/23. I was craving oranges last night and was completely exhausted at 7:30pm so I thought something was up. I tested first thing this morning and got the BFP. We live in Western Colorado and have an 11 month old son. I’m 38 so I was really hoping to get pregnant again before turning 39 in July. I’m hoping this pregnancy sticks as we had a miscarriage in September 2017. I work at a pediatric rehab center as a speech/language pathologist and my husband is arborist. I love hiking and spending time outdoors.
I’ve been lurking for a few days. I’m a SAHM of two boys, 2 ((yesterday actually)) and 4.5. I still love my A15 group and my M18 group as well. I was in May 2020 for a while but we lost our baby at the end of October at 11 and a half weeks. I had an appointment scheduled for fertility discussions next Monday. I randomly took a test because my mom was visiting and got the stomach bug and then I got fantastically sick in the middle of the night. The more I thought about it, the more I thought I should test. EDD should be mid-October. I am struggling with some anxiety especially because last October was our second loss. I turn 35 before I have this babe so I guess I qualify as AMA this time. Anyway, looking forward to getting to know everyone. Count me in with the Disney nerds... I need to get my annual pass again when we go in May to Disney World. I live closer to Disneyland these days, but Disney World is still somehow cheaper. Haha.
Hi all! Glad to finally get my profile unlocked so I could introduce myself. I’m a SAHM of one girl (3.5). We’ve been TTC since 2017. We took a break last summer until January and had come to terms with DS being our only one. I went in for my annual GYN appt and she walked in and let me know that I was pregnant! I’m super excited and super anxious. We’ve had two miscarriages since DS. EDD: 10/20
Hi all! My EDD is 10/24. I got my bfp this morning and it came back very faint, I’m super impatient and decided since I was only had a digital left to take it, I was shocked when it came back positive. I have 2 living children DS is 4 and DD is almost 3. I had a TMFR in September 2018.
We live in Arizona, DH owns his own business automating commercial and residential, I’m a part time admin for his company. We also have 2 dogs and a cat.
Hi All! I’ve been lurking for about 2 weeks- this still doesn’t feel real to me but I had my first US yesterday and so it’s finally hitting me. I’m 31 with a 5yo DS from my previous marriage. 6W- EDD 10/7. My DS was a Csec after 32 hours in labor and failure to progress. So I will likely have another C around 10/1. Although I so badly want a VBAC my OB is advising against it.
This is my SO’s first. My son is so excited to be a big brother and my SO is overjoyed to become a daddy. He’s the best step dad!
We tried for 1.5 year and I was diagnosed with PCOS in Aug as well as having a “tilted and far back uterus” we were sure we’d need to go the IVF route. I was leaving for Disney with just my son and was 1 day late for my period and decided to take a test for “peace of mind” while away. Well to my surprise it was POSITIVE!
I’m a nurse by trade but work as an operations director for a large chain of urgent cares. Aka I am super busy with a high stress job. Adding a new baby should be interesting but gosh I’m soooo excited for this baby I’ve wanted for so long!
So hello all! Excited to be a part of Oct 2020 mommy’s!
Hi everyone my name is Katie! My EDD is October 1!! I was feeling off and under the weather so I took a test and bam positive!! Super shock!! I have a 5 year old girl already! So baby number 2 will complete this family! I am high risk due to a congenital heart defect I was born with...just went through open heart surgery in April 2019! Excited to be on this journey
Another Disney nerd here! I found out we were expecting at 7pm while packing for my 4am flight 2 weeks ago. I had just re-purchased my AP too! I had plans for 6 trips this year butttttt not now. I don’t get paid leave from my job so I’m in stork mode but I will get at least one more small trip in with my DS before the baby comes. Congrats!!
EDD: 10/20/20 (Typed the incorrect month 3 times- hello my old friend pregnancy brain)
We were NTNP. We just by pure accident and luck perfectly did bd day before O symptoms showed up. Symptom spotting set in. First clue was 4 am NEEDING to pee. First test was negative. Second test taken on Friday was negative. Period Due Monday so was 90% sure I was NOT pregnant. DH found both tests in trash when cleaning house Sunday( yeah he’s a keeper!)-one neg. and one pos. Waits until 9:30 that night to mention it. I immediately say evap line. He runs to smiths. Two more positive tests later... here I am.
I teach first grade but will be staying home next year with my babies and I’m thrilled. DD turns 4 March 16 and DS turns 1 March 19. One fur baby boxer and a wonderful husband of 5 years/best friend of 15 years.
Hello all! I’m here now I guess. I am a 36 yo mother of 3 (6 yo DS, 4 yo DD1, 2 yo DD2) and currently working as a postpartum nurse. We weren’t planning to try for another until September of this year, but we weren’t very careful so here I am. Currently only 3w4d (I think...I had a weird cycle last month) which is wildly early, I know. So I’m just remaining cautiously optimistic and waiting for the OB to call back so I can schedule my 6 week blood work.
ETA: got the appt for blood work and they’re actually going to do it next week, since I’ve had to have progesterone in the past they want to make sure they can get me on it right away if necessary. But I won’t see an actual doctor until 8 weeks as long as everything is fine.
Hi there! Just found out this morning that I am pregnant with my second. We are thrilled! I'm a type 1 diabetic with hashimotos so we are treading lightly here. My last pregnancy was super rough so I'm going to try and relax as much as possible this time around. Exactly 4 weeks today with my first appointment on March 2nd. It's going to be so hard to wait until then.
Hello everyone! Based on LMP my due date should be October 26th. I have 2 kids at home. I live in Arkansas. DD is 5 and DSS is 10. I’m feeling quite the combination of emotions right now.
@babyodo my last OB didn’t schedule first appointments until 10-12 weeks either. It’s so weird how these things vary so much by doctor/practice. The practice I’m going to this time does it at 8, and does an US at each visit.
