Thanks everyone! It was a labor of love! I love making Civil War dresses (plus I love the way the 'shape' fits me. LOL). Despite me being a rage machine I really enjoyed this project and didn't even throw a fit or chuck anything at the wall once!

@capnjackharkness That is BEAUTIFUL! I love the tails! Dh and his family grew up doing civil war reenactments too! His grandpa made canons and all kinds of stuff. I only got to participate a few times, but it was alot of fun!
I’ve finished making the mashed potatoes for tomorrow- gotta love Pioneer Woman’s recipe! And every year as I make them I remember what a PITA it is to peel, boil, and mash 10 lbs of potatoes! 😂
