  • I’m feeling pretty good this week. My hips and back are starting to bother me more regularly but FINALLY the nausea is gone!

    Since I’ve been back I’ve been eating ALL the things I’ve been missing (cheesesteaks, cheesecake, deli sandwiches, ribs and Mac and cheese are on the schedule this week). But I’ve also been moving a lot more.

     My goal is to slowly start riding a spin bike at my gym each day starting Tuesday and maybe taking an evening walk.
