    @mvt2003 I made that roast beef... it was AMAZING!!!! I served it with cauliflower mashed potatoes and they were incredible also! You could hardly tell they weren’t the real thing!

    Guys I bought a crochet hook and I'm already halfway done with a baby blanket.  I can't read crochet patterns yet and all I can do is a simple single crochet but I am loving it!

    @mvt2003 exactly! I'm using Lion Brand ice cream yarn in teaberry. It was on clearance and I didn't think it was too pretty wrapped up in the skein, but it's crocheting up nicely! I'll add pics later. :)

     I LOVE Lion Brand Ice Cream yarn. I'm so mad that Michaels seems to be reducing their stock to just a few colors. This big skein was on clearance for $4.00, but the pink and blue ones were regular price. I think I'll have to order it online from now on if I want any of the additional colorways. There are no AC Moore stores near me and I don't like Hobby Lobby.

    @emeraldduchess I cannot for the life of me figure out what Michaels is doing with their yarn stocks! They have so many full lines on clearance that they're obviously not stocking any more. I did notice that Mary Maxim has the Caron Pantone line I like now, which makes me feel a little better since I don't think Michaels is carrying it anymore.

    @mvt2003 I know, right? And then there's all the yarn that they only sell online. Thank goodness I like their store brand. I've made a ton of stuff with Kai, Snuggly Wuggly and Impeccable.  I don't like the idea of having to pay shipping for yarn, but oh well. There's only one small business yarn store near me and while I really want to support them, I just wasn't crazy about their stock.

    @kpearse99 & @mvt2003 Can you eat chickpeas on keto?  I try to eat gf when I can and have breaded chicken cutlets in chickpea crumbs and they came out great!!  Consistency is similar to panko bread crumbs.

    Follow up | 8.8.23 | prescribed metformin, prednisone, plaquenil, and levothyroxine
    Repeat labs after 3 weeks on meds
    Follow up | 11.9.23 | Green light!, increase in prednisone, added lovenox
    Repeat labs in 8 weeks
    Follow up | 1.16.24 | Green light continues
    TTC ended due to filing divorce
