Testing: WFAF. I didn’t test last cycle and it was kind of nice.

R/R: I jumped over here a little early but am confident I O’d yesterday morning. I had the most intense O pains I’ve ever had. It even left me sore for a few hours after.

@NYTino24 I'm sorry. Lots of hugs. I hate the part of the cycle where I'm waiting around for my period to start knowing I'm out. Hopefully your period will start today as predicted so you can move on.

@tyrion_ I'm glad I'm not the only one popping over here on 1DPO. Fx's those intense O pains were a good sign. Come on baby lizards don't let us down! Also I realize this could come across kinda snarky so you'll just have to take my word that I mean it in the best, most lighthearted "I'm rooting for you" kind of way. I'm too tired this morning to make my brain come up with anything that translates better via text.

Testing: Idealism aside I'll realistically cave at 8DPO.

R/R: I got the darkest OPK I think I have ever gotten on Saturday. The Premom app gave it a rating of 2.5 for the T:C ration which whoa. The highest I have seen prior to this cycle is 1.25 I think. So that was fun to see. I was thinking I would ovulate the same day since I read a study that basically said ovulation typically occurs 12-48 hours after a positive OPK with the average being around 24. But after the peak of the LH surge ovulation is typically within 12 hours. So I was like "OK that's gotta be the peak of my LH surge so probably in the next 12 hours." Then the next morning I woke up to EWCM, a crazy high sex drive and intense ovary pain. So I'm thinking ovulation was around 24 hours after the blazing OPK. Who knows though. I wish I had some temp data to confirm.

R/R: Once again, the weekend flew by! We went to our community yard sale on Saturday (full of triggers, btw), then Saturday night we watched Aladdin, it was super cute. Yesterday I woke up to Rosie having puked during the night, so I spent the morning with the Bissell SpotBot cleaning the carpet, then running errands. I went for a run during the absolute hottest part of the day (stupid decision on my part!) and had to walk the last of my 4 miles.

Then we watched football, made keto chili, and I finished up some laundry while MH ran out to go buy a kettlebell with his brother (they buy fitness equipment recreationally at this point ) Overall a pretty solid weekend, and I feel good about getting this week started off on the right note! I truly do not think this is "the cycle" for me, which makes it both harder and easier. I'm basically coasting until I get AF, then starting my IF testing.

CS/Q: I've made the executive decision to stop temping, I know I'm O'ing, and it's just making me crazier during my LP right now.

@NamelessAria Hi and welcome! Premom is fun.. I got a 3.62 once but usually doesn’t go anywhere near that. Anyway it sounds like you O’d for sure so FX for you!

@mvt2003 Sounds like a very busy but productive weekend. Sounds like the right decision to stop temping if it’s just making you feel crazy. GL with your testing!

R/R: Very busy weekend at work so I’m just recovering from that and taking it easy today. I dropped DH off at the airport for a work trip so I have the house to myself for the next week. Sooo time for “secret single behaviors”!! I’m thinking wine, chick flicks, some snacks, maybe a face mask..

R/R: Probably having the worst day of my entire life. Found out at 10pm last night that my mother is having an affair and left my father after 33 years of marriage. Apparently she moved into an apartment last week and took the furniture. My poor heartbroken father is sleeping on a mattress on the floor of an empty house. My sister was the one that had to tell me. So needless to say, I no longer have a mother. The BFN was icing on the cake this morning. Probably for the best though, because I don't think I could be happy right now.

CS/Q: No big drop yet.

Typical LP length: 14 I believe (since AF comes exactly every 28 days about 95% of the time)

Testing: not yet

R/R: I have a bad head cold that I got from the sneezy/coughy kids at school. I'm a snot machine. I am not taking anything because I am just not sure what is safe during the TWW, just playing it safe. I don't have a doctor yet and the interweb has a lot of conflicting info regarding TWW. So just lots of tea, water, rest, and blowing my nose. My DH was on antibiotics during the O week for a tooth infection and we are not totally sure how that may affect sperm quality, so I won't be too surprised when AF comes in a couple weeks.

@misshelen86 Your upcoming week sounds like fun!

@mvt2003 Kettleballs are a blast! I wish I had one, I would swing it around while I watch TV.

@feather_heather Sorry to hear about your parents. Mine split when I was a baby so it never bothered me but I can just imagine what a devastating blow that is. Sending your family some healing thoughts!

Being new, I just want to thank everyone for being on here and being so open. It is so informative. I will probably start temping and/or OPK next cycle.

@feather_heather wow what a day. I'm so sorry to hear that you are going through this. My parents split when I was 5 because my father was cheating (I didn't find that out until I was much older). Counseling would definitely help. It's nice to have someone outside of your circle to lean on for support. Hang in there

Testing: BFN today... Feeling discouraged but also optimistic.. Trying not to SS, but similar to AF so thinking I may be out.. We will see.

R/R: Family reunion was great. Weather was beautiful and always great to see my extended family, esp my 90+ great aunts. I was upset though because we got there earlier than some and could only stay a few hours because we left the dog alone (anything more than 8-9 hours is like cruel to me). When saying bye to everyone they were like "oh we wanna get a group pic now that everyone is here"... I said great and no one moved. Mind you people got there when it was like ending... we said our goodbyes and left... Get home and they took the group pic without us. I was so upset the rest of the night. Chilled and watched football at home yesterday.

CS/Q: nothing interesting because I don't temp.

Hi!! Finally coming over here even though I never actually got crosshairs. I started temping late so FF is confused but i'm pretty sure I O'd on CD 17.

Month/Cycle: 1/1

CD/DPO: 22/5

Timing: If I actually O'd on CD 17 then -5...... and +2 but that doesn't even count lol

Typical LP length: 10-12. but my average is 10

Testing: no, no use wasting money at this point.

R/R: Rave: finally went to target! but I settled for a wreath I didn't really want so I think I will return it and order the one I loved but was out of stock.

Rant: I cut my thumb pretty bad at work today. I think it will heal fine on it's own because I don't want to go get stitches. I've had a cut like this before and it was even worse and it healed fine. Just sucks because it's 100x harder to get anything done now.

CS/Q: Ugh, well, I definitely want to order those OPKs since I am terrible at temping! I am going to start temping as soon as af finishes probably or maybe I won't stop? who knows. Even though I didn't get crosshairs I am experiencing other post-O symptoms and my cm is gone so i'm pretty sure it happened at some point. Chart in spoiler.

@konoha IMHO temping gives more info overall so I wouldn’t stop! Doing it with OPKs helps.
