WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs, tracking CM
R/R: DH has been gone all week for work. I’ve been concerned about ovulating early but my OPK last night was still very light. Hopefully we can get a few days of timing in but it seems like we will at least be able to get one! We are going to a cider house with some friends tonight. I’m sure he is going to be tired when he gets home so I kind of feel bad, but I want to get a growler to have when his family comes over on Sunday to watch the football game. I love that he is always on board with all of my hosting whims. Oh and I miss him! I’m excited to have him back home.

R/R: I was hoping to follow SMEP this cycle but last night my husband wasn’t in the mood. We already failed on night one. This is looking great 😂
CS/Q:
@bows22 Glad O held out for your husbands return! Have fun tonight at the cider house.
@tyrion_ we always fail every time we attempt SMEP. With a late O I look at the calendar and am like nope too much HIO for me. Too tired!
Month/Cycle: 4/3

WAYDTGKU: prenatals, OPKs, HIO
R/R: thanks to everyone who reassured me about the dentist yesterday - it was in fact not that bad. I think the worst part was the $600 bill I got at the end, womp womp. Looking forward to a date night tonight with DH. Still no sign of O. Happy weekend ya’ll!
Month/Cycle: 3
CD: 13 (I don't have my phone handy but I'm supposed to O tomorrow)
WAYDTGKU: tracking, prenatals, PreSeed, and getting it on every morning this week!
R/R: I'm a little sore from the daily sex, even with the PreSeed (I'm 36 y'all). So sorry if that is TMI!
My DH is picking me up from work this afternoon with the doggies and we are heading down to the camp he used to work at to hang out for the night and tomorrow. We will sleep in a cabin (camp kids are not there on the weekends, only staff), have a campfire, hike up to a pretty waterfall, and try to get the doggies in the canoe for a paddle around the lake.
CS/Q: Is anyone else using gravity to help after sex? I try to lie still for at least 20 minutes afterward and sometimes I put my legs in the air, legs up the wall, semi shoulder-stand, etc. Can't hurt right?
@bows22 Cider house sounds fun! I hope you and DH get some quality time when he comes home.
@tyrion_ well that's frustrating. Hopefully you'll be able to still do SMEP this cycle even without that first day.
Month/Cycle: 3/3

WAYDTGKU: BBT, tracking CF, using FF, OPKs, prenatals
R/R: So happy it's Friday! I got my observation date set yesterday and I looked at the email and saw it was 1:15 on Halloween. I emailed the secretary to see about changing it cause there's always school wide costume parade in the afternoon and I have a game day in all of my music classes because of all the crazy. She initially said no because the principal's schedule was crazy busy but emailed a few hours later and said she would change it.
Also TB app is super glitchy this morning and will not load the forums. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's total crap. So I'm mobile site bumping this morning. So annoying!

@saladflambe all you were missing with those pretzels was chocolate. 😂
@tyrion_ I looked at SMEP after you posted about it & was like "yeah no way could my husband do that" lol. Like, physically, he couldn't... props to anyone who can even come close lol.
@chaos-and-coffee I'm glad the dentist wasn't too bad but holy feck that bill..omg. And people wonder why a lot of folks just outright avoid doctors - let alone dentists.
@dancingtreepose I also get sore from every-other-day sex. By BD3 I'm like "please just finish already..." Have fun camping & hiking - that sounds amazing

WAYDTGKU: Everything
R/R: Work is going to be crazytown today, I got a text last night that *TW* a casual friend is KU *end TW* and Rosie did another 3am "I've gotta pee" so I didn't run this morning. We were also completely out of cream so I poured my black coffee into my travel mug and used some of the hemp milk at work. Strangely despite all of this I am in a really good mood today. I'm baffled, but not going to look a gift horse in the mouth.
Not sure what our weekend plans are, but they'll probably be pretty low key. I decided not to run in the 5k this weekend because it's going to be 85 degrees again, and I'm done with hot weather running.

@dancingtreepose that sounds like a lovely weekend!! Enjoy!
@gingermama29 Oooooh heck no to a Halloween observation! Do they not know that kids are insane that day?!?! Glad you got that changed!
@saladflambe I literally snorted at the "Swiss Alps" comment. Dying. Also, you're basically eating carbs for me too, so better make it a full pound of pretzels today!

CS/Q: None.
@bows22 glad YH will be back and you should have good timing since O has held off so far! Sounds like you have a fun weekend planned, enjoy!!
@tyrion_ ah, it’s still early...hopefully you can start tonight!
@chaos-and-coffee glad the dentist wasn’t painful...but man, that bill is!! Hope you have a good weekend!
@dancingtreepose your weekend sounds like fun...enjoy!! We are camping too, so I’m excited! Oh, I try to lay there for 15-20 minutes after and elevate my hips with a pillow underneath my butt. I also figure it can’t hurt!
@gingermama29 glad you got your observation moved...having that on Halloween doesn’t quite seem fair! The app is a pain, but I haven’t had any more issues than normal this morning...hopefully it starts working again for you soon.
@saladflambe haha to the Swiss Alps...hopefully your temps settle down soon! To your response yesterday...9-10 is about what we shoot for too, although I’d say that’s early to some people!
@mvt2003 sorry for the phone call and the early wake up by your pup!! Glad you are in a good mood despite all that! Hope you have a relaxing weekend!!

CS/Q: ramble warning...
@bows22 yay for YH coming home!! hoping you can get some good timing in. going out with friends sounds fun but I get what you mean about feeling bad if he will be tired. i'm sure he will still have a good time! at least you have to get that growler!
@tyrion_ omg relatable, i'm sorry it didn't work out for night one though
@chaos-and-coffee i'm glad the dentist went well! oh no that bill!!! good thing you have a date night with YH tonight!
@dancingtreepose dang taking the hio seriously!! that's awesome lol I would be sore too. that trip sounds so fun! I love staying in cabins
& to answer your question I don't but it definitely can't hurt. I usually hang tight for a minute or two and then get up and go to the bathroom.
@gingermama29 yay for getting the observation changed! they really shouldn't be doing any on Halloween since a lot of classes just kind of make a fun day out of it no? sorry that the bump app has been glitchy! I usually will only use mine to pop in to read posts but I do all of my dailies on my computer because its easier for me and I can't stand the app sometimes.
@saladflambe that's smashing haha (that was supposed to be amazing but autocorrected to smashing and I love it) pretzels are sooo good with pb but plain is good too! & OH those temps!!! definitely the swiss alps
hope you get a better pattern soon!
@mvt2003 sorry about the crazy work and the text you got and the 3 am wakeup
happy there was milk at work and that you are in a good mood!! that's awesome. good idea on not running in 85 degrees lol! enjoy your weekend
@ tyrion_ haha I know failing on the first night is never fun and never feels like a good omen. But at least you were starting early so it probably won't impact timing.
@chaos-and-coffee ooof I feel you on the dentist bill. I'm glad the crown went well!
@dancingtreepose hanging out in bed with my legs up after sex is a hard pass for me. I have a mild semen allergy and I'm prone to UTIs so I'm always up straight away to go pee and shower. But if it doesn't cause you any issues and it makes you feel like you are doing something that might help I say go it! Sometimes in TTC you just need to feel like you're doing everything you can and if it helps with that then it is doing something positive for you.
@gingermama29 yeah it is so much easier to do basically everything on the computer when it comes to the bump. I use the mobile app everyday and it's less than ideal. Super annoying to try to go through threads and reply to everyone. Hopefully the PC site is working properly again soon.
@saladflambe yeah that certainly isn't the most satisfying and pretty chart I have ever seen. Hopefully temps make sense for O when it happens.
@mvt2003 hemp milk is a new one. I have tried quite a few of the milk alternatives (soy, almond, cashew, coconut, oat and mixed of those) but I have never even seen hemp milk. How was it? It is also kinda impressive that you are in a good mood after all that this morning.
@bluetickgal your weekend plans sound amazing. I hope you have a great time!
@konoha that's so strange that your temp keeps going up and you still have EWCM. I personally would trust CM more at this point with all the issues temping. In general temping is far more reliable but, ya know. If it were me I would assume that I'm still WTO and fertile till CM changes to something that isn't fertile. It never hurts to have sex after O so might as well.

R/R: I woke up this morning with a dramatic increase in my sex drive that I typically get a day or two before O. I was thinking "this is great. My husband is home and last night he was talking about wanting to find time for sex so since we couldn't last night I'm sure he will be down for today. It's all working out so well!" And then a bunch of nonsense happened with work and he is in the worst mood. So I guess we will see how that goes. I did an OPK this morning and it was so, so close to positive so I'm anticipating a positive either later today or tomorrow. We haven't had sex since like CD7 (I don't remember exactly) so that needs to happen.

@saladflambe that's what i'm thinking too! Bummed we couldn't bd on cd 14 or 16 like I had originally wanted to. but such is life. I want to try smep but if we can't even do eod smep seems impossible
@konoha Temping consistently can be hard, at least for me. Some people use the Ava bracelet to track their temperature. It's a little pricey, but might be worth it. (I'm considering investing in one myself).
@bluetickgal Enjoy camping this weekend!
@mvt2003 But the real question is, do you like the hemp milk? I enjoy some alternative milks, but that is one I haven't tried.
@bows22 FX your timing works out! Have fun at the cider house. MH loves cider so much. He'd really enjoy something like that!
@tyrion SMEP is a big commitment. Good for you! It's hard when the significant other isn't in the mood, but you'll get your timing when it really matters.
@gingermama29 I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who couldn't get the app to work. Also, observation on Halloween sounds crazy to me!
@chaos-and-coffee What are you doing for your date night? Have fun!
@dancingtreepose I definitely prop my legs up after HIO. They say it doesn't matter, but like you said, it can't hurt!
@saladflambe My chart looks like yours pretty frequently! Not sure what those spikes are about, but it happens!

R/R: AF came early, which is making me nervous that my cycles are getting shorter. I'll bring it up with the RE, of course. I'm just feeling really sad and worrying I'm getting too old.
On the bright side, MH is being really sweet. He woke me up with a plate of pancakes this morning, just because. He didn't even know I'd started this morning, so it was a nice gesture on a hard day.

@bows22 - Have fun at the cider house and enjoy your H being back home! That's good that you can get some timing in
@tyrion_ - We haven't officially tried SMEP but if we did I'm pretty sure that would happen to us too!
@chaos-and-coffee - sorry about the dentist bill! Hopefully you won't need anything else other than a checkup for a long time!
@dancingtreepose - I love your username! Haha no such thing as TMI here. Your weekend plans sound fun! I definitely try to lie still and have done a kind of shoulder stand-ish thing too...who knows if it helps but yeah doesn't seem like it could hurt!
@saladflambe - mmm pretzels.
@mvt2003 - glad you're feeling good today!! It's like so many small crappy things happened (on top of larger things you're dealing with) you went past being in a bad mood and came full circle.
@bluetickgal - have fun camping!
@konoha - have a nice day off! Yeah it sounds like maybe day 17?

WAYDTGKU: cm, opk's starting in the next couple of days (reluctantly starting back up after going on strike for a cycle), prenatals, shatavari, evening primrose oil, SA in the next month

Other than that I think I should switch my regular afternoon coffee (second cup of the day) to black tea, maybe chai, for a little less caffeine.

@shoogapoff I'm so sorry about CD1, glad YH was sweet this morning!! I don't mind the hemp milk, I obviously prefer cream, but when the alternative is black coffee I'll take it
@NamelessAria I think it's one of the newer ones! I don't mind it, my co-worker equates it to skim milk.

We are on our way to the campground and I’m going to “unplug” until we get back in town tomorrow. Hope you all have a great rest of your Friday and an amazing weekend! I’ll probably check back in tomorrow night.
@tyrion_ tomorrow is a new day!
@chaos-and-coffee I’m glad the crown went okay, but ouch to that bill!
@dancingtreepose I do that too after sex even though I don’t think it’s totally necessary!
@gingermama29 totally not fair to you to have observation on Halloween so I’m glad they changed it
@saladflambe your chart looks like mine!
@mvt2003 that makes me so happy to hear that you are in a good mood today! I don’t blame you for not wanting to run in heat like that
@bluetickgal It would be pretty inconvenient for AF to arrive while you are camping so I feel like it’s gonna happen!
@konoha I hope you had your productive day!
@NamelessAria I hope some BD is just the thing to cheer YH up!
@shoogapoff ❤️ I’m sorry you are having a rough day and are worried about your cycle. I hate that you are back in WTO but it’s nice to see you, I feel like we were cycle buddies for so long and then ended up in different daily groups for awhile!
@whitealbum29 I hope the OPKs end up helping versus stressing you out more
@kpearse99 that commute sounds awful! Glad you’re home relaxing now
@beckylookatherbump I hope you and YH are having a nice day!
