I noticed some vaginal bleeding when I had a bowel movement yesterday .pink spotting mixed with white discharge after not a lot. I was fine all day and then I had some mild cramping overnight . I woke up this morning and there was some brown pinkish blood .a decent amount when I first got up and then nothing all day . Cramps are mild and no sharp pains . No brite red blood . I have my 1st ultrasound I’m 2 days . Should I be worried ? Should I go to the ER ? Anyone experience this and not have a miscarriage

First, call your OBGYN and ask to speak to a nurse. If you already have a scan in 2 days, they may tell you to wait and call if you have heavier bleeding. They might try to get you in today instead. It might all depend on whether you've had other losses previously. They will ABSOLUTELY tell you to not go to the ER unless you are very seriously bleeding - filling a pad in under 2 hours - or have unbearable cramping on one side, which could signal an ectopic pregnancy. Even if you have those things, if it is during office hours, they will tell you to come in there before going to the ER. Seriously do not go to the ER when you are pregnant unless your OBGYN specifically tells you to.
In response to your other questions, it could be a miscarriage or it could not be. Spotting in early pregnancy is not uncommon, especially if you have recently had sex. Your cervix is extra sensitive when you are pregnant. Unless you are experiencing a full, period-like flow, it is probably nothing to worry about. But please CALL YOUR DOCTOR and ask what they'd like you to do about it.
If it were me, I would probably wait until my appointment in 2 days and bring it up at that time. If you are truly worried call or message your doctor and see what they say. Which will probably be that spotting/bleeding can be normal and they will take a look at the ultrasound in 2 days.

TTC#2 April 2019If you are not filling a pad, it's not bright red, you should be fine. If you strained on the BM, it's possible you irritated something. If you recently had sex you may have irritated your cervix.
If you are very concerned call you OB's nurses line and talk to them. They will give the best advice.
You may bleed after your ultrasound, if internal. Not uncommon.
Could this is related to your UTI? Did you end up taking the medication your doctor gave you?

@jennygirl5899 - This is your fourth or fifth flyby post on the First Tri board. My advice: take a chill pill, some deep breaths, and call your doctor if this is really, truly concerning you. And make a habit of returning to your posts to thank the members of the board who have taken time out of their days to write you sincere replies. This is getting ridiculous.
Due with baby #2: Feb 2022
Anyone who is actually serious about joining a community here would know enough to know that BMBs are A Thing and are the better place to ask these kind of questions, since the Tri boards are largely dead.
But yeah, OP is a hypochondriac with DD posts who has NO clue that this is a community...

Before you do anything else, can you talk to your Dr and find out how far along you are?
