Diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary embolism

I'm 33 weeks+ pregnant and I've just been diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary embolism. I'm on big dosage of clexane via needle. Four stabs a day. Going to be induced for labour while off my blood thinners. 
Just wondering if there is anyone else who is going through something similar?

    Hi! I know I’m a little late to answer your question—but how did your delivery go? I had a PE 4 years ago (not while pregnant) so I have to give myself 2 shots daily of Lovenox to prevent clots (I’m 8 weeks along). Were you able to get an epidural? How was the bleeding? Any other things I need to know? Thanks!!
