Diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary embolism

I'm 33 weeks+ pregnant and I've just been diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary embolism. I'm on big dosage of clexane via needle. Four stabs a day. Going to be induced for labour while off my blood thinners.
Just wondering if there is anyone else who is going through something similar?
